Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Niguarda, Milan

The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Ideal for a weekend/short stay. It is quiet, well equipped and clean. The 3 towels per person are super helpful. Finally, both Federica and Roberto are great hosts, they showed availability at all times (we did che check-in at midnight). Instrucciones are 100% clear at all time. 10/10

Très bon spot pour visiter Milan. L’appartement est très propre, joli. Il n’est pas dans le centre mais c’est accessible en 10 mn de ligne directe en métro. Pratique, paisible et sympa !

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gemütliche, klimatisierte Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nachts hört man die Straße etwas, weil das Haus an einer Kreuzung liegt. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

We were completely satisfied throughout our stay in the Airbnb. Apartment looked exactly like on photos, clean with well equipped kitchen. The host responded and helped with everything in no time. The location is also great with lot of restaurants, cafe's and shops. The pizzeria recommended by the host was amazing, full of locals and I would recommend everyone to have a dinner there. The public transport was near and we were in centre of Milan in 15 minutes but the area around the apartment was not crowded with tourist, in fact quite opposite. There is also cute neighbor's cat ruling the balcony. If we visit Milan again we will definitely choose this apartment again.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L' appartement est excellent, spacieux, lumineux, très confortable. L' appartement est impeccable, arrivée et départ faciles. À 30mn du centre et stationnement gratuit sur la rue. Simona est super et très réactive et gentille. Merci pour votre hospitalité. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Davide is a great host! He promptly answers and gives clear instructions. The house is perfectly in line with the description and the pictures. It’s located in a very strategic position, and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

Had a great stay at Mirko’s Airbnb! Was very close to the metro so it was easy to get to central Milan! Mirko was very responsive and helpful as well!

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da questo alloggio. L’appartamento è pulito e confortevole. Ottime le dotazioni della cucina e del bagno. Molto accoglienti le camere. Ottima la posizione nelle adiacenze di una stazione della metro, e con una passeggiata si può tranquillamente arrivare a piedi al centro di Milano. Nella zona vi sono anche diversi ristoranti e un supermercato. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’host. Complimenti!

L'appartamento di Gabriele si trova in un'ottima posizione: in auto si può raggiungere facilmente Milano, Como e l'autostrada. Parcheggio comodissimo sotto l'abitazione e nei dintorni negozi e ipermercati di ogni genere . L'appartamento è spazioso e fornito di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile , ideale per famiglie fino a 4 ospiti. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono persone eccezionali, simpatiche e disponibili per ogni evenienza e pronti a dare indicazioni utili per i vari spostamenti. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso di loro.

Alles einfach nur großartig! Die Kommunikation sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und super schnell. Einfacher Check in. (Schlüsselkasten) Appartement wie beschrieben. Sauber, bequeme Betten, gute und leise Klimaanlage.Flair eines Tiny Houses mittlerer Größe. Traumhaft ruhige und sichere Wohngegend und dabei doch mitten in Mailand. Entspannend zum runterkommen nach einem Besuch in der quirligen Stadt. Supermarkt 150m, Restaurants quasi vor der Tür. Mit der Metro 4 Max 15 min zum Flughafen Linate. Und 2 Stationen entfernt vom Dom (einmal umsteigen dabei). Straßenbahn am Ende der Straße (S9 zum Hauptbahnhof), Metrostation unter 5 Min zu Fuß. Sofort wieder. Einfach nur super!!!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist echt modern und schick gestaltet. Die Anbindung in die Stadt mit der Tram war auch super. Das parken in der Gegend ist kostenfrei möglich, etwas suche ist notwendig.

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

L'appartement de Barbara est idéalement placé dans un endroit beau, calme et accueillant, et à proximité de toutes les "attractions" de Milan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. je recommande les yeux fermés. ciao ciao

We hebben hier met veel plezier een week gelogeerd. Heerlijke rustige plek en tegelijkertijd een levendig stadsdeel in de buurt en San Siro en Duomo e.d. ook helemaal niet ver weg. Fantastische plek.

Good stay right in the heart of Milan. It's in walking distance from the centralnstation, so from where you arrive if you took a bus from the airport. Tram 10 stops right in front of the door for you to go to the monumental cemetary and metro 3 (Sandrio) is only a few minutes walk away that can take you to Duomo or some of the other major tourist hotspots. The place itself is functional and has all the necessary facilities and has a small garden. Despite being in the center it is still quite private. The bed is a bit hard so if you don't like that keep this in mind.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful flat. It was very neat and clean. The flat is bright and the skylight in the bedroom has a very appealing design. The kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob in particular made for quick cooking. Nearby you can find everything you need, a bakery, a very good butcher, a very good ice-cream parlour. Milan can be reached in about 30 minutes by train and the railway station is only a 10-minute walk away. Francesca answered many questions in advance and also gave us many tips during our stay, e.g. the best ice-cream parlour. Her answers were always quick and helped us a lot with the organisation. Parking in the street was no problem and we always found a nearby car park.

Francesca was very proactive and her lovely home catered to all of our needs. The terrace was perfect to soak in the sun and the kitchen size and amenities were more than enough. Lovely stay!
