Vacation rentals with a patio in Niguarda, Milan

I was travelling with friend to visits Milano just for one day. It was champions league night. Apartment was close to stadium and it had parking. Parking was easy to find and park, however it was quite crowded there, but we had space. You can see car from the apartment balcony as well. We met with host 1h before official arrival time. We just wanted to put inside our bags. She was responsive and met with us outside, showed us apartment and allowed to stay inside. None of us spoke italian so we mostly used translator with her. She answered our questions without problems. Apartment is in peaceful neighbourhood which is really nice. Everything inside is as advertised on photos. If you are looking for a quiet, budget friendly apartment with parking this is the one to go. We were super happy with the visit.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Airbnb. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Türe. Ein Lidl ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Der Check In war sehr einfach und der Host war für uns immer erreichbar und hat immer sein bestes gegeben uns zu unterstützen! Das Airbnb ist super gemütlich und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine zweite Decke wäre super gewesen, aber das hat den Aufenthalt nicht weniger schön gemacht. Wir können es wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen

Mi sono trovato molto bene sia con il proprietario sia con l’ appartamento ,pulito dotato di tutti i confort come in descrizione ,la zona è tranquilla ,ho dormito molto bene nel divano letto che ho preferito alla stanza matrimoniale in quanto aveva sia tv che balcone . Unico neo i 3 piani a piedi ma almeno per me non sono stati un grosso problema . Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti .

Great place. Very clean and modern. Close to a train station which is very convenient. Victoria is also very responsive. Had some trouble getting buzzed in to the apartment building during check-in, but had a great stay! Slightly smaller than expected. Overall a great place and I would return!

The location is superb. It is very easy to get around Milan or do day trips to other cities. There are many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself is well maintained, and very quiet at night for a good sleep. I’d stay here again next time I visit Milan.

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

Apartamento excelente para uma família ou dois casais. Supermercado, padaria, restaurantes, tudo muito perto de casa. Metro a 3 quadras e a estação central a uma caminhada de 15 minutos. Inclusive fomos embora andando com as malas até a estação. RECOMENDO e VOLTARIA

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Chiara war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Leider hatten die Nachbarn einen Musikevent und die erste Nacht war nicht so erholsam🥴 Ansonsten ist es jedoch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung!! Danke für alles Chiara💖

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

Wir wurden von Nicola sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand und die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. ich würde mich freuen, wiedermal als Gast bei Nicola zu sein, wenn ich wieder in Mailand bin.

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

L’apartament es fantàstic! Molt net i agradable. Totes les estances donen directament a exterior i son molt lluminoses! Estava tot molt ben equipat. L’Stefania ha estat molt amable i atenta, donant totes les facilitats tant per a l’entrada com per a la sortida. 100%recomanable!!

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

A very practical nice apartment close to everything - shops, restaurants, Duomo. Very helpful and highly responsive host. Absolutely recommended.

Die Wohnung von Laura und Simone punktet mit einer wirklich guten Lage. Man ist schnell bei der Metro oder im lebhaften Navigli-Viertel. Besonders genossen haben wir die kleine, charmante Terrasse im grünen Hinterhof – perfekt, um den Tag mit einem Espresso zu starten. Das ausklappbare Sofa war überraschend gemütlich für ein Schlafsofa, was einen angenehmen Schlaf ermöglichte. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Simone war stets hervorragend: sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns persönlich gestört hat, war der sehr starke Parfümgeruch der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Hier wäre weniger Duft unserer Meinung nach mehr gewesen. Auch die Garage ist recht schmal, was man beachten sollte. Mit unserem Skoda Octavia war das Aussteigen schon sehr eng. Trotz dieser kleinen Anmerkungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft für einen Trip nach Mailand definitiv empfehlen.

fabio e' stato estremamente gentile,ci ha permeso di fare il check out con comodita'. l appartamento molto grazioso ,praticamente non mancava assolutamente nulla,i inoltre scendi da casa e hai tutto a tuo disposizione. straconsigliato!

Tout était très bien. Le logement est propre et bien équipé, et nous avons surtout apprécié d’avoir une deuxième salle de bain. Le logement est à proximité de la gare, idéal pour visiter facilement les alentours. Merci Giada!

The apartment was conveniently located near Milano Centrale. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. If you’re not a walker, the metro is very close. There were also plenty of great restaurants, cafes and rooftop bars nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Being able to close the shutters on all windows made it very quiet and dark for a bit of a sleep in. Best of all were the views from the terrace. We loved our stay.

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
