One of the things I appreciate about any host is their responsiveness. Francisca and her team exceeded all expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when I requested a fix for the for the bathroom thinking it was going to be a bug deal. But she installed a brand new bath and shower within less than 24hours of my request. This and coupled with her friendliness and constant recommendations on places to visit at the local area makes it the best host I've stayed with. I highly recommend that if you want an affordable, safe, private and comfortable place for a short or lengthy stay in Abuja. This should be the best.

The host was super responsive and helpful. Although few things need better maintenance.

Ms. Uche was a fabulous host! She was welcoming and had amazing communication. There was not a time I Could not reach her. I've even reached out to her several times for recommendations and different sorts, not once did she make me feel like a bother. If I had any concern she would act immediately! A lot of times certain photos are exaggerated and not accurate upon arrival when doing Airbnb. That's NOT the case with Ms. Uche. Her photos are exactly what you get. My husband and I are happy we found a host like Ms.Uche. We recommend her a thousand times more!

Yes anyone is not Perfect doing things but doing things at the rightful time, you can use this people reliable snd trust worthy. Nice environment full of nice behavior., I can recommend this place for you, never regret of our stay my family missed them so much. Wow! This accommodation is truly a luxury and premium stay. Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding. It’s a great house with lots of spots to take nice pictures. The appliances and wifi all worked great. Mr Nicholas, the house manager was really helpful, patient and ready to answer questions or respond to any requests. It was such a lovely stay here. Very much worth the costs and no regrets at all.

The place was nice, safe and very close to VI. The host was attentive, and our stay was amazing.

Wonderful stay, from check-in to check-out great experience, easy communication, very friendly and warm welcome The compound is safe, well located and full of fun extras like the gym, pool, kids playground, football pitch and even a mini mart ! Highly recommended for families, great value for money 👍🏽

Seye is amazing! He was able to accommodate us at the last minute and provide us with necessities to help us get through the night due to a late flight. The place was huge and all the staff were respectful. He was very responsive. There was 24/7 security which makes you feel very safe. I would stay here over and over again.

I enjoyed staying at Dba's place. Checking-in was smooth and easy. The entire apartment was clean, functional and all the rooms were exactly as seen on AirBnB. The host (Sandra) was very responsive and she was always happy to help. There are several supermarkets near by (Sunmart Mall, Blenco Supermarket and other shops) where you can get virtually everything. The entire estate is peaceful and well-lighted at night with 24/7 electricity and maximum security. I was able to work effectively and attend online meetings (from my Laptop) with colleagues in the UK - thanks to the fast and steady internet available in all areas of the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped as expected, but I rarely prepared my own meals as I always got food from the shopping mall. This review would not be complete without mentioning the beach - which is just about 7 minutes walk. I enjoyed relaxing at the beach in the early hours of the morning or at sunset. Thank you Dba for your hospitality and I look forward to staying at your place when I am back in Lagos.

this is a great place to come The rooms are large and I really enjoyed That each room had its own bathroom. there was a half bath in the foyer as you came in. Awesome host very responsive.

This apartment is excellent, one need to physically see it to know how really great the apartment is because It’s more nicer that what we are seeing on the picture. Mr Rasak is an amazing human being, he’s always there when you need him, he communicate really well and he always making sure everything is fine. Thanks a lot Mr Rasak. I will definitely use the apartment again next time.

Kolade’s place looked exactly like the pictures and it was very clean . Kolade was very helpful and provided instructions days before. He was very reachable as well. Thank you for hosting my family during my wedding. Really grateful for the hospitality and warm service we received . It was also a safe zone.

The place is a comfortable,beautiful and well maintained,with a top security,making the place safe for late night walks in the neighborhood.
