We rent a studio apartment that has 3 levels and is 75m2. This is located on the 2nd floor (top floor) in a 3-family house. We live with our 2 dogs and a cat on the ground floor, which are friendly to all people. It is a quiet, green area and you have nearby (450m) shopping (net, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser...). Bus connection to the city: 5/15. We offer the guests do not leave pets alone.

I did my master's degree, parts 1 and 2, in Koblenz and stayed with Wilfried (and Beate) during that time. I arrived from S-H and was able to come whenever I wanted. The apartment was heated, the shutters (I arrived late at night) were lowered. In the fridge there was water and a "welcome beer" ready. That's exactly how you want to be welcomed after an 8-hour drive <3 ! The bed was freshly made and pleasantly covered. Over the nearly 9 months I was there, there was not a situation, not a thing that Wilfried and Beate could not help or help me with! If I had something, it was done the next day at the latest. Everything you need can be found in the nearby area, e.g. in Lahnstein and around the corner there are bus stops, if you don't want to drive yourself. If I could give six or seven stars... If you are traveling to Koblenz and want to have no worries about the accommodation, check in here!

I was very well informed in advance and even picked up from the train station in the neighboring village on the day of arrival, so as not to have to wait for the replacement transport. Really great! The apartment itself is quietly located, when it got a little louder one evening due to a party in the neighborhood, I was also informed in advance. There is a pattern - the landlords are very eager and helpful, I really only have positive things to say about it. Accordingly, I also felt comfortable and am more than happy to recommend the place.

We were four for a long weekend in the spacious apartment in Immendorf. Immendorf itself is a sweet village, 10 minutes by car from Koblenz with a baker for rolls in the morning. The furnishings of the apartment were complete and of high quality, the private terrace has a view out into the countryside. Annabelle was easily accessible for questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

Andrea is super friendly and caring. We've met a lot of Airbnb hosts but so far Andrea has been most friendly! She thinks along with you and gives good tips. She goes out of her way to please you and we really felt at home. The cottage was extremely clean and modern decorated. Everything was good and complete. There was tea, coffee, milk, sweets, oil etc and very nice: lots of towels. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with the shower because the water didn't drain quickly enough. Andrea was more annoying than us and was going to take care of this. Maybe we will come back to go cycling in the beautiful surroundings. In short: recommended!
