Rural location in a village square next to a church (bell rings every half hour). The house is fully at your disposal with its own entrance. You will not be bothered by us, we live next to the house. The house features a living room with built-in kitchen, stairs to the upper floor where there is a bedroom. Next to the living room, there is a toilet and bathroom with shower. Cozy luxuriously furnished apartment with frontal sea view from the 1st floor (incl. basement storage). Location meters from the shopping street. Bedroom 1 has a double box spring bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed (possibility to add folding bed; sleeps 3). In the living room there is a sofa bed. The apartment has been recently renovated (June 2017). Located right in the historic center of Nieuwpoort. At 200m from tram stop Nieuwpoort-Stad and 3km from the beach. Ideal for 2 people, baby bed can be provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

This cozy renovated vacation home is located on the Sunparks Oostduinkerke vacation estate, adjacent to the "Doornpanne" nature reserve, where beautiful, partly wooded dunes invite you to take a walk. The green hinterland offers plenty of hiking and biking routes. Cycling and hiking maps are available. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach (or a nice walk by the sea) within a fifteen-minute walk (1.5 km) in Oostduinkerke or Nieuwpoort (2 km).
