(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

The cottage is within cycling distance of Wildlands Adventure Zoo, Het Veenpark and the new IJstijden Fietspad. The cottage has 5 beds, but the space is better suited for 4 people or a family with 3 small children. The 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the 1st bedroom. Onze studio heeft een rustige ligging, waar je heerlijk kunt onthaasten en genieten van al de natuur om je heen. We hebben er voor gezorgd, dat alles aanwezig is voor een aangenaam verblijf! Dit heeft gemaakt , dat de studio knus en eenvoudig is. Deze studio is geschikt voor twee personen van jong tot oud, die vooral ook onze passie voor de natuur delen en bewust met het milieu omgaan.
