An old farmhouse from 1638, surrounded by whistling birds, rustling trees and greenery as far as the eye can see. A stone's throw away from the art town of Ootmarsum, adjacent to the most beautiful nature reserves full of cycling & hiking trails. (8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking space. You rent the entire upper house and part of the lower house with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

Cozy, colorful, and rural decor, with all the necessary amenities in over 80m2 with a spacious bedroom. On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun, peace and space. Ample parking next to your own entrance. For cyclists, there is a lockable bicycle shed where they can be recharged, so that one can explore the beautiful surroundings well.

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and come enjoy a relaxing stay. You will be staying in a former chapel, with a private terrace including a hot tub and a barrel sauna. Our guest house is designed with your comfort in mind, with a box spring bed and a labradoodle chair by the pellet stove. In addition, we offer all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Center and station within walking distance.

Space in beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with every luxury. Come and stay with us in front of the farm. We are renting out two bedrooms with box-spring beds. Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living area (>60 m2) have A/C. A fifth bed, crib or high chair is available for a fee. You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. Recently all beds have been replaced, bathroom renovated and garden renovated.
