The ground floor is wheelchair friendly. Outside, there is enough space to sit, whether or not in the sun. Nieuw Buinen is about 15 minutes by bike from Borger, where summer fairs and flea markets are regularly held. Walking and cycling routes. Swimming pool nearby. Rural location. View over fields.
