My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. Please contact us before booking. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dogs are welcome. The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our approx. 40 m² chalet is located on the edge of the beautiful Meulenwald in a small holiday park in Niersbach. You can go hiking and biking here. The Meulenwald is a continuous forest area of the southern Eifel and extends to Trier, the oldest city in Germany with many Roman relics, about 40 km away. The Mears of the Volcanic Eifel are also only about 40 km away and a worthwhile destination for a day trip.
