We attach importance to the fact that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Cleaning costs for dogs are to be paid on the day of arrival. Damages must be replaced by the dog owner. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Haus am Wald

The house on the edge of the forest is located in a small Eifel village, quiet in the countryside. It's stylish, but a bit outdated. The property is spacious, ideal for children and dogs. Olbrück Castle is within sight and within walking distance. In the village there is a Maar with a Maarhof to stop off, swing golf and children's playground. Maria Laach Abbey is 20 minutes away, Nürburgring 25, Koblenz and Bonn about 40, Cologne 60 minutes. Car advisable, only limited buses, TRAIN STATION in Brohl.

Situated in a quiet residential area, yet centrally located. It is very spacious so that guests can feel very comfortable here even with a longer stay. Possibility to provide a single bed or two cribs. (are not currently available but can be brought along) On your doorstep is a key safe, which makes it very flexible for the key handover.
