Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Quiet location, no through traffic, at the nature reserve "Jungaue."

The sleeping area can be reached via a "chicken ladder" on the 1st floor.

You can expect a small place to stay in the middle of the beautiful wine village Schwabenheim an der Selz. The apartment has its own staircase from the courtyard and is very quiet. All around are great wineries, which invite you to many festivals, especially in the spring and summer. Schwabenheim is also a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Within walking distance of the apartment you can start beautiful hiking tours.
