The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

The former stable was converted into a charming home a good 30 years ago and renovated and newly furnished a few months ago with a lot of love for detail.
