In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
