Whether for a visit to the trade fair, a short trip or for a business meeting in the financial metropolis of Frankfurt or the surrounding area, we will make your stay as pleasant as possible. The 62 sqm apartment has a separate entrance on the garden side of the house. It consists of a double bedroom, a cozy living-dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy sitting area and a desk. Via the entrance hallway, you can access a Mediterranean-style bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.   In front of the apartment is a covered outdoor seating area overlooking the garden. Here they can enjoy the fresh air or smoke a cigarette, which is not desired in the apartment.   Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, radio with iPod, Wi-Fi  and a safe are provided.   If necessary, another room with an area of 23 square meters can be used additionally. It is equipped with a 2 m wide pull-out sofa bed, wardrobe, table and wall TV and can be accessed via the bathroom of the apartment. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residential area in Bad Vilbel. The nearest S-Bahn (suburban train) station is about 8-10 minutes' walk away and take the S6 to the center of Frankfurt in about 20 minutes or to the trade fair. By car, you can reach Frankfurt via the B3 in 15-20 minutes.

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Spacious living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, coffee maker (filter), toaster, kitchen scale) The living area is equipped with a smart TV, and Wi-Fi is also available. For a 3rd & 4th person, a sofa bed can be used in the living area. The daylight bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

The approximately 78 m² 3-room apartment is fully furnished. Almost all furniture and electrical devices were newly purchased in 2023. The bathroom was newly renovated in early 2023. Bus and train connections to Hanau, Frankfurt am Main or the airport are within walking distance in a few minutes. Dogs are allowed after consultation with the host. Families with children and bikers are welcome. The mopeds can safely park in the yard.
