Apartment allocated in a calm nice green area , not on the main road so you will enjoy your stay and sleeping without any noice . Close to European University just 7 min by foot , and 20 min to Nicosia University and Medical School . In a walking distance you may also reach Super markets , coffee shops , restaurants , bakery , malls etc . It’s one of the best areas in Nicosia .

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

A fantastic architect designed home , tasteful decor, great views and great social space as well as very comfortable bedrooms. The house has everything we needed , some lovely touches and Didi was a lovely host. If you want a place in the mountains I would highly recommend this house.
