Good location and very historic area and clean bed and kitchen and bathroom 👍

My review is for Sabor Residences not this listing, as there was a double booking. Fatma offered a room at Sabor Residences which has its own gorgeous big bathroom. It was one of 5/6 rooms in the guesthouse next to the lovely Sabor Restaurant and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Fatma was very responsive and also allowed me to check in very early. The large room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with 2 single beds and kettle with cups and plenty of coffee and tea available. I have not doubt the original room would have been good too but this was excellent, wonderful value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here. It’s close to all the shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and Ledra Crossing. Wifi was good too! Thanks Fatma!

Excellent quality-price ratio. Clean and cosy place with a very pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located next to a big park and within walking distance to the city center. The host Andy was very friendly and helpful.

Great and calm place at the very center of an old town in a rustic environment. I was looking for something different than my usual environment and this was a great fit. It was fun to go on little walks in the town, starting directly from the doorstep. The hosts were very friendly and always open to a conversation.

I had an amazing experience staying at Andy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown, and local restaurants. Andy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, providing great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit to Cyprus. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

בית אותנטי. מי שמחפש חווייה של פעם, זה המקום! כפר לא מפורסם אבל שווה ביקור ושהייה. בניה עתיקה בכפר עצר מלכת וכמובן בהיבט החיובי. המלצה שלי לבעל הבית- מיטה חורקת. כדאי להשקיע במיטה ומזרון איכותי והנוחיות תשודרג מאוד!! לאוהבי הקפה בבוקר, יש להצטייד בחומרי גלם!!

Mehmet iletişime açık , mesajlara çabuk dönen iyi bir ev sahibidir.Carsaflar çok temiz havlularda, yatak rahatdı.Mutfak yeterli ve içecek temiz su mevcut. Tekrar geldigimizde tereddütsüz konaklayacağımız bir yerdir. Teşekkürler.

Πολύ ωραία δωμάτια για χαλάρωση στο βουνό. Ήσυχο μέρος για στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Ο κ. Χρίστος πολύ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Thank you for our lovely stay, we felt right at home. The garden is beautiful and we could tell a lot of time and effort had been put into it as well as the building. The stone build property hd character and was cool for the warmer weather! There are lovely cafes nearby and got some nice nearby food recommendations for dinner.

wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt im Flor Guest house. Unsere Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten früher einchecken und auch später auschechecken. Zudem hat sie uns ein Taxi organisiert, für unsere weiter Reise. Der Garten ist einfach nur wunderschön und mit viel liebe hergerichtet. Das leckere Frühstück durften wir immer dort einnehmen. Das Zimmer war schön und funktional. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist nur die lärmige Kerichtabfuhr, die wochentags frühmorgens kommt. Unsere Gastgeberin hatte uns aber schon vorgewahrnt. Einfach gesagt, ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein perfekter Ort um den nördlichen Teil der Stadt zu erkunden.

Mehmet es muy buen anfitrión, responde muy rápido y te ayuda cuando lo necesitas. El apartamento es bonito, limpio y tranquilo, yo repetiría sin duda.

Mehmet bey gerçekten dost canlısıydı çok yardımcı oldu temizlik konusunda herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadım bir sorun olduğunda hızlı bir şekilde dönüt alıyordum gerçekten iyi bir tatil geçirdik çok ilgiliydi

sessiz sakin güzel mekandı biraz daha bakımla çok daha güzel olabilir

Ich war hier für eine Woche wegen einem Workshop am Cyprus Institute. Dafür war die Unterkunft wunderbar. Das Institut war zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Innenstadt konnte man entweder zu Fuß (~1h) oder mit dem Bus kommen. Die Unterkunft war genau wie angegeben und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
