Vacation rentals with beach access in Nicosia

This place is great and in an area that is more untouched and local. The owner is a great host and always response to questions. There is multiple pools available and a small gym which is great and a nice walking spot by the beach. This is our second time here and we will continue to come back !

fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel bir daire tavsiye ederim ufak çaplı sorunlar yaşasak da ev çok güzeldi çok hafif bir temizlik yönünde iyileştirme bu daireyi inanılmaz derecede güzel yapar (yeni çarşaf,yastıklar) onun dışında ev ortam manzara her şey inanılmazdı tekrar kiralamayı düşünüyorum :)

Evde günlük yaşamda lazım olacak herşey mevcuttu. Ev sahibi de ilgiliydi, yardımcı oldu. 2. konaklamamdı, yine memnun ayrıldım.

Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. İhtiyaç olabilecek her şeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüşler

Un bel appartement au charme un peu rétro et désuet , avec une vue sublime sur la mer ! Cependant, à déconseiller aux personnes avec problème de mobilité puisque il n'est pas précisé qu'il a un escalier très raide pour descendre à la plage. Le couple d'hôtes est adorable et prévenant et nous a réservé un accueil absolument chaleureux. Une sympathie extraordinaire avec les légumes et les fruits du jardin ainsi que de délicieux beignets salés et sucrés. aux petits soins pour nous aider. Le village est tout de même très isolé. Il faut préciser qu'il n'y a aucun commerce, ni café ou restaurant et que nous logeons dans la même maison que le propriétaire, avec terrasse partagée (manque d'intimité). A recommander aux amoureux du calme et de la nature !

Lovely peaceful stay at the Fruit Garden. Lovely host, clear and easy communication. Made the stay feel like home. The house was as expected. So relaxing and peaceful. Everything easy to find and use. The beds and pillows are simply ace. Had the best sleep for ages! Good internet, kitchen had everything needed and more. Garden is so beautiful and just a lovely space to relax. Local restaurants and access to beach were a bonus! Would easily come back. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Diliana’s place! She communicated well and we felt right at home. The house is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The surroundings are very nice for an afternoon stroll. Equally, Diliana’s place is well located as the starting point for bicycle trips. A small grocery shop (and great local Taverna) is at walking distance, and you can easily get to the airport and Larnaca itself.

We are so happy with our stay. This house was something incredibly special in Cyprus- a perfect blend of traditional historic Cypriot and modern. We had great relations communicating with the lovely property manager Panayotis. Would definitely stay again!

While the villa is amazing and the swimming pool fabulous (and a welcome relief from the heat), it is the location and view that are the stars. The location is very peaceful and private, and makes for a great place to unwind. The view over the coast is wonderful - maybe best viewed from the infinity pool - but also benefits from being able to have uninterrupted view of both sunrises and sunsets. I must also say that Michalis is very quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a very well kept house in the centre of the village. Very convenient for the shop / supermarket next door, which sells everything you would need. The accomodation is very well kept and clean, and has good parking. We were a little worried beforehand about air-con, but the house is nice and cool and the fans are plenty to make it very comfortable to live and sleep in. The balcony is very spacious overlooking the village, where you can watch time pass by! Dila was a great host and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. We would definitely stop again.

Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt in Adrianas und Christophides Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns hat sich die Wohnung vom Flair wie eine Wohnung der Gastgeber Familie für Wochenenden und Urlaube angefühlt und wir fanden das sehr schön. Ein Highlight ist der Blick aus dem Fenster. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Bartisch und man hat in der Fensterecke einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster kann man die Brandung hören. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße durch Pachyammos, aber es gab wenig Verkehr. Der Strand von Pachyammos ist sehr schön und lang, in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und war Ende Mai sehr leer. Das Dorf hat noch Teile von seinem ursprünglichen Charakter behalten und ist deutlich weniger touristisch als viele andere Teile der Küste. Die Kommunikation mit Adriana und Christophides war sehr reibungslos und herzlich. Sie haben einen Hochstuhl für unser Kind besorgt und es hätte auch ein Babybett gegeben.

Super apartament. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Czysto, super widoki z najwyższego apartamentowca. Basen kryty czysty i przyjemny, wystarczająco długi, żeby pływać. Chłodno i brudno w szatniach, ale byliśmy poza sezonem. Siłownia całkiem przyjemna. Polecam jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Cypru. Auto obowiązkowe :D

L’alloggio era pulitissimo e comodo per la posizione super centrale! Davanti al suo alloggio c’è un ottimo ristorante Armeno. Unica pecca del soggiorno il parcheggio, la signora del parcheggio comunale è stata davvero scortese con noi. Ci ha urlato in faccia in malo modo per ben due volte solo perché avevamo frainteso le indicazioni dell’host e ha inveito contro di noi.

Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment. Had everything we could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back again.

Olga is a great host, her house has both the sea and the mountain view. You will for sure enjoy the apartment, pools, and the facilities inside Aphrodite Apartments. We felt like home, and most probably we will come back for another holiday in her apartment. Thank you Olga❤️

квартира, чистая, просторная и светлая, все необходимое для проживания имеется. очень порадовало наличие бытовой химии для дома. Имелось: Стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, шампуни, гель для душа и мыло. Очень важные мелочи. Наличие полотенец, комплекты из 3х шт. Очень чёткие инструкции по описанию заселения и местонахождения. все очень понравилось, в следующий свой приезд обязательно остановимся снова. благодарю.
