This house in Nicosia's old city is a treasure! An authentic Ottoman home updated for modern living with beautiful taste and an intriguing design. A large family or group of travelers would be very comfortable: two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, multiple levels, a huge kitchen and cozy living room, a quiet, breezy balcony, and a spacious courtyard. The high ceilings and windows in every room give a spacious, bright feel to the whole place. My 10-year-old especially loved the loft. Maybe the best part of this house is the neighborhood where it's located. It's remarkably quiet despite its centrality, full of art galleries and studios, great little cafes and restaurants, churches and mosques, gorgeous flowers blooming. A short 10-minute walk to Ledra Street, where you can shop or cross to the north. Sara and Irena were friendly and very responsive, immediately addressing my questions. Can't wait to go back! The flat was better than it looks in pictures, kerim was extremely helpful from the min I booked till I checked out. I recommend this place and Kerim.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully kept apartment. Everything was clean, the place had a lovely scent, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Overall it felt cozy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

Eirini war die perkete Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr gut zu erreichen - z.B. wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Aufzug- sie hat es am nächsten Tag schon reparieren lassen! Die Wohnung ist fantastisch. Die Betten sind extreme bequem- meistens kann ich woanders nicht so gut schlafen, aber hier könnte ich sofort einschlafen. Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber und ruhig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Parken auf der Strasse war kein Problem, aber ein eigener Parkplatz in der (kühlen) Garage hatten wir so wie so. Wir können alles, besonders die Gastgeberin, wärmsten Empfehlung.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless – the check-in process was smooth, the apartment was spotless, and every detail had been thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The space itself is modern, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The living area is cozy yet spacious, the kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals, and the bedroom is a perfect retreat with a comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it great for both work and leisure. The location is unbeatable! Situated in a vibrant yet peaceful neighborhood, it offers easy access to the city. Public transport is nearby, but even walking around the area was a delight. One of the highlights was the host’s hospitality always available, incredibly helpful, and eager to ensure a wonderful stay.

Smuk, velholdt og meget ren, rummelig lejlighed med stor solrig balkon. Jeg nød mit ophold og lejligheden meget. Men den lå et stykke fra centrum, så hvis man gerne vil omkring er det godt at have en bil. Meget hjælpsom og responderende vært!

This is an amazing apartment for an unbeatable price given its value! We spent almost a week here with my colleague and we loved it! The flat is clean, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need. However, please keep in mind that there's only one double bed in one of the bedrooms. The other room is fitted with a couch that can be changed into a bed, but its size is rather small and is less comfortable, too. My colleague decided to sleep on the bigger couch in the living room, instead. Also please keep in mind that the electric sockets follow the UK standard, so you might need to bring converters (although there are a couple in the flat, too). The location of the flat was perfect for us, since we were visiting professors at UNIC. However, you should know that the city centre is more than an hour away by foot. Luckily, you can find both shops and restaurants closeby, too. All and all we had a wonderful time here. Dino is a great guy who was always available if we had any questions.

The location of the apartment is good. Accessible, close to anything you may need. Very easy to find and exactly like in the pictures. Good utilities and good quality. It’s modern, very comfortable and clean. Our stay went smoothly without any difficulties because the apartment had everything we needed.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist originell eingerichtet, hat einen hohen Komfort und war sehr sauber. Man hat einen fantastischen rundum-Blick :-) Der KOntakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Ein defekter Rolladen und eine defekte Klospülung wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden und ohne Aufwand für uns repariert. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb des alten Stadtkerns, aber sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

We had a very pleasant stay at Anastasio's 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable for us and it was located in a very good area in Strovolos. Close to many places that we were planning to go to. Close to shops and to the freeway which was important for us as we were using the freeway quite a lot. Anastasio's was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a similar place.
