We are located at the foot of lookout mountain. The space is also a 3 minute walk to charming Historic St. Elmo, where you will find, Mr. T's pizza, The famous Incline railway, restaurants, boutiques, yoga, rock climbing, salon, a relaxing salt cave, ice cream shop, a local brewery & so so much more!

You'll have easy access to Lookout and Signal Mountain if you are wanting an outdoor escape. In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
