Small, nice, sunny and warm 1-bedroom apartment 500 m from the sea, in the best area of the city. The apartment is located on the 5th floor on one of the most famous streets of Liepaja - Uliha street. However, the windows of the apartment are facing the backyard, so guests will not be disturbed by street noise. The apartment is most comfortable for two guests, but if you don't mind sharing a room with friends or you are traveling with child, there is a sofa bed. Welcome!

Take a breath and regain your strength in this haven of peace. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Lakeshore, next to the lake. At the end of the street, there is a walking trail with an observation tower. Free parking is available at the house. To the sea a 20 minute walk on foot, but by car alone 5 minutes. Also by car it is only 7 minutes to the center. There is even a shop next door and public transport.
