We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

Very helpful host and the location was great. Any problems we encountered Vi very promptly helped us, would recommend staying here.

On a été un peu surpris au départ par cette petite allée et ce logement atypique différents des autres, mais aussi très vite habitué. Le logement était propre bien équipé et bien situé et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien passé.

Great place to stay! Close to many things and not a far walk from main shopping areas. Home was comfortable and great for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Ruby is very professional and accommodating. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day and she arranged it swiftly for us. She also tried her best to get the apartment ready for us to check in early. Overall she is lovely to work with.

Thx for this great appartment at Landmark. Great location and support for the owner. Everything working well beside some complications at the beginning with finger print and access to the pool. But we worked it out. I’ll be back again, cheers Henryk

We had a very comfortable stay at Mai’s apartment for 8 days. The bedrooms were spacious and suitable for my family — my 75-year-old parents, my 15-year-old niece, my 8-year-old daughter, and myself. Kitchen adequate, even has an airfry. The location was excellent. We could easily reach the apartment from the airport by bus No. 152, which took about 30 minutes to Hàm Nghi bus stop, followed by a 5-minute walk. Bus No. 152 also took us to popular attractions like the Independence Palace (Dinh Độc Lập), Notre-Dame Cathedral (Nhà thờ Đức Bà), and the Central Post Office. The apartment is near local markets and lots of street food options. Ben Thanh Market is only about 300 yards away — from there, we could access the new MRT (metro line) Cost for bus No. 152 is 5,000 VND pp (~ £0.2) Metro from Ben thanh to Opera House is 7,000 VND and they only take cash.

It was very good place in the hearth of district 1. Some noise but it comes with the location.

Very good location for a very good price. I always stay here when I'm in city because of the convience and price. You will not find a place with the same combination in D1. Everything is close within walking distance for people new to the city!

Wunderschöne, moderne Luxuswohnung mit spektakulärer Aussicht auf die “Ba Son” Brücke und die Skyline. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, ruhig und kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten und Spazierwegen in der Umgebung. Top Lage – sowohl Distrikt 1 als auch 2 sind schnell erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Schwimmbad war leider nicht nutzbar, obwohl es auf den Fotos zu sehen war. Trotzdem ein absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!
