The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

this place is more than just an airbnb..it's home. the capacity is quite big that can fit 5 people. even though there's only 3 of us. everything is clean and clear. he has the manual book for us to figure things out. if not you can contact him. the place is amazing. i love it!!

Rented Tony’s space out for the night and I truly enjoyed it. Interior is clean and it is self check in. There’s a washer and dryer which I also appreciate. Overall, would book again.

Lovely stay and a lovelier host. Great place at a very convenient location with quick and easy access to everything we were after. Helen (host) was super accommodating and made the entire experience as smooth as butter. Definitely a spot to come back to!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Great apartment, great Host

We had a great stay at Lyn’s place. The apartment was conveniently located at District 1, and was easy to get to the places we wanted. Lyn was also extremely responsive and kind. We had some issues with the toilet heating and Lyn was extremely proactive, immediately sending her staff to get it sorted out for us. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Lyn for having us!

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

We had high expectations and these were greatly exceeded, the place is beautifully decorated, and was super tidy. The sauna, swimming pool and gym were beautiful just like the apartment; the pool runs 360 degrees around the complex which provides plenty of space and always a place in the sun! The sauna was wonderfully spacious, enough for 5 to sit comfortably. And the gym had everything you needed! The mini Bad: - the right sliding door to the balcony was a bit stiff but the left just worked well so that was no other problem -there was somewhat few silverware, plates and glasses. Nothing else about this apartment to criticize great stay. The door doorman was also a great guy!

Que Loc's place is really convenient location for calling a cab to reach District 1, which is the city center! it's located on the city fringe and thus it is also less bustling and crowded than in the city centre too! The studio is just right enough for a couple and it is comfortable and easy to check in. Would highly recommend staying here for no-frills stay and also if you want to head to city centre as well!

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

Anh's place is even better than the photos, arriving to the airbnb at night with the curtains open with the city view was just PERFECT. it is a little far from the airport (45-57 minutes), but honestly so worth it. the area is also really quiet, and has multiple convenience stores near by, you will have to Grab to almost anywhere you want to go, but that wasnt a problem for us. Anh was also super responsive, and was extremely helpful, the place was clean, overall an amazing stay. Thank you for hosting us!
