Thank you Chinh and Nguyen for a fantastic stay. The apt is exactly like the photos. The peaceful location, quiet area, and cozy room make it feel like home. Kitchen furnished with the essentials for cooking. The room is very clean. Friendly and a very responsive host.

Kunne vi give mere end 5 stjerner havde vi gjort det. For det første var lejligheden rummelig og ufattelig overskuelig! Derudover var møblerne dejlige at være i, hvilket betyder meget, når der er børn med og noget af tiden går med at slappe af med dem. Det lå tæt på de fleste ting man skal til, derudover er det i overskuelig køreafstand til resten! Hang er nok den bedste vært jeg har mødt. Svarer med det samme, er proaktiv og rigtig rigtig hjælpsom. Noget så tosset er, at han havde utrolig godt sengetøj, hvilket vi ønskede at få noget mangen til. Han forklarede det var skræddersyet og det kan tage over en uge mv. Vi havde 2 dage, og alligevel tilbød at at se på om han kunne skaffe os noget i tide. Han var bare alt for god! Vi kommer bestemt tilbage til ham, hvis vi ender i Vietnam igen! 10 ud af 10 herfra!

I recommed this place. Its silent, calm, very kice view. Big enough for a week stay as a couple. Location is great with many cafes. Some restaurant alternatives are not in immidiate reach but less than 5-10min with a Grab Taxi and you have the best you can wish for. You get very good value in this place.

Le logement de Tran est bien situé, avec le Old Quarter et le lac Hoan Kiem accessibles à pied, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Le logement en lui même est situé dans une petite ruelle. La porte d’entrée peut être surprenante étant donné qu’elle se ferme à l’aide d’un cadenas, mais nous nous sommes toujours senti en sécurité, et cela fait parti du charme du logement. Le logement est propre et bien rangé, et les hôtes ont été très réactifs et accueillants, et nous envoyant pleins de recommandations. Merci !

We were here over a week and it was all perfect! The apartment is really spacious, quiet and private! The kitchen has the basic equipment for simple meals. The internet was really strong and reliable for working. Overall I highly recommend this apartment for a stay close to the center but still quiet enough.

This flat is the perfect introduction to Hanoi It is spotless and in a great location. There is a small supermarket next door which is helpful and the flat is about a 10 minute walk from the bars and shops of the old quarter. The host was so responsive and helpful, especially when we got locked out. The roof terrace was an amazing added bonus. We’d love to stay here again!

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Un logement spacieux et conforme aux attentes, j'y ai passé un excellent séjour. Il n'est pas pourvu de cuisine mais possède un petit réfrigérateur ainsi qu'une bouilloire. Le studio se situe à deux rues d'un quartier très animé, dans une large avenue où l'ambiance est plus calme. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques se trouvent à côté, sans oublier le Musée des femmes du Vietnam. L'hôte est très aimable et avenante, elle saura vous guider au besoin !

10日間ほどの滞在でしたが、とてもリラックスして過ごすことができました。 滞在中、ホストの方に幾つか質問をする事がありましたが、素早く回答や対応をいただけました。 毎日の清掃と、ウォーターサーバーの水の補給が、特に有り難かったです。 また、部屋は3つの空間（キッチン+ダイニング、リビング+ベッドルーム、シャワールーム）で分かれ、2人が別の部屋でそれぞれの仕事のWeb会議を行っても、多少の音量コントロールをすれば、干渉せずに快適に会話できました。 キッチンも充実していたので、お米を炊いたり、炒め物をしたり、何度か料理をしました。 ドラム式洗濯機があるので、洗濯や乾燥には困らなかったです。大きめな物干し竿も用意されていました。 帰りは朝早くの出発でしたが、警備員さんに入り口を開けてもらいました。柔軟な対応をありがとうございました。 振り返ると小さな出来事でしたが、少しだけ気になった点は下記の辺り。 ・初日に前の宿泊客の忘れ物が見つかった（清掃漏れ？） ・シーツに小さな破れやシミ ・清掃時間がマチマチで、9時前などにノックされることがある ・清掃時間の希望が、清掃担当に伝わっていないことがある ・食器や調理器具は充実しているが、少し汚れが気になる ・部屋の鍵のパスコードが単純で少し心配（防犯カメラや警備員の滞在などはある） とはいえ、トータルとしてはとても満足度の高い滞在となりました。 旧市街エリアからは30分ほど離れていますが、その分比較的落ち着いており、もう少しローカルなお店などもあり、楽しい街歩きができました。 ポイントを押さえれば、十分な設備とサービスが揃っていると思うので、条件が一致する人にはとてもオススメできる宿です。 ありがとうございました。

We enjoyed our time at Tuan's place! The location is amazing, about 10 minute walk to the Old Quarter and 20 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The unit was designed beautifully and has a beautiful kitchen. The balcony is really cute to hang out and watch the scooters and car pass all day. Host is responsive and polite! Highly recommended.

Had a great 1 night stay here. Everything was as seen and described on the advert. spacious and clean. Great tv, comfortable bed, range of cooking utensils and a nice shower. The host was also very friendly and responsive. Would definitely reccomend. Thanks

Estuve súper bien en el apartamento de Vu. Excelente localizacion y estaba muy bien equipado ! El adicional del pequeño gym para hacer ejercicio fue perfecto !

It is easy for me to substantiate my saying that I truly enJoyed my time at Tracy's place because I have already chosen another one of her homestays through Airbnb. It is in the same building where I have been for almost a week. I would have liked to have extended my time at the same place but it was already committed to another guest. Fortunately, Tracy had another apartment very similar to the first one so I was easily able to go through the simple logistical transfer of gear from one place to another. I never had the pleasure of meeting Tracy, but our correspondence was cordial and thorough through the Airbnb app. I did meet both of her parents upon arrival and I appreciated their thoroughness in showing me what I needed to know about the place. The listing's indicated amenities were present and worked just fine. All my needs and interests were met without complications and I consider myself lucky to still be here Without hesitation I offer Tracy's place my highest recommendation.

I’ve stayed here many times and absolutely love this place. Over my previous visits, I shared a few small suggestions with the host — they were very attentive and truly listened. This time, I stayed at their new apartment, which is incredibly beautiful, spacious. The host clearly pays great attention to every little detail. The furnishings are lovely, and the kitchen is wide and spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times in the future!

We had such a lovely stay at this flat near the Ecopark! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start—super quick to respond and full of great local recommendations for places to eat and explore. When we got a little lost, they were quick to guide us, which we really appreciated. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything we needed—we just wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again one day.

Super Aufenthalt, nicht ganz in der Innenstadt aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Mega Aussicht aus der Wohnung, toll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.

The stay was a great one, with very friendly and proactive hosts. The building and room's design was very modern, and was such a peaceful and convenient stay. Have a nice streetside BBQ downstairs as well if you're feeling hungry for supper, and local market to explore nearby too. Although, one thing we didn't notice upon booking is the train tracks which are located about 30m away of which we can hear the train horn and travel late at night. Besides this, it was a very peaceful location with all the amenities provided. Would definitely give this place as a reccommendation!
