Toan was extremely responsive, polite and helpful for all the duration of our stay, which was 2 weeks. The place is located in a very nice and lively quarter of Hanoi, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bars around.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le logement était très propre, tout semblait neuf à l'intérieur. L'hôte et son équipe ont été très réactifs à chacune de nos requêtes ! Quartier animé (un peu trop parfois). Si vous aimez le karaoké, vous serez servis :)

the place was a great accommodation, definitely a hidden gem stay that more people should discover!!! everything was new and extremely clean as well. the host was very helpful and quick to assist whenever we had questions! location is also near many local favorites. would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Hanoi. The host Van was extremely friendly and helpful, helping us carry our luggage during both check-in and check-out, and doing laundry for us free of charge as well. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and affordable, in a quiet and interesting neighborhood away from the crowds where one can live just like a local. It is about 15 minutes from the old quarter via Grab, but within walking distance of many good restaurants as well as a Lotte shopping mall. Definitely recommended, and hope to stay here again next time in Hanoi.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, a beautiful view from 29th floor. The complex has facilities such as swimming pool and children playground. The location is perfect and super convenient for shopping, dining and relaxing. The host was very friendly and helpful, rapid response to any needs. Thanks Sim. We had a great stay and will be back. Stayed in Rose room for 1 month in August/September 2024. Last room at the end of the hallway, very quiet. Room was as advertised. Very clean, no unpleasant surprise. Security guards 24/7 provide a total peace of mind. Trang was always very responsive to any questions. Being close to a busy street (Đào Tận) the area offers so many different and delicious places to eat at, from restaurants to street food. It is also a walking distance to Lotte center and Vincom Center Metropolis, adjacent to Japan town if this is your thing. It's about 15min away from Hồ Hoàn Kiếm by Grab or 1-hr+ walk. Perfect to be away from the tourist area and have a Hanoian experience. I will definitely come back at my next opportunity.

This was the most memorable Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Hanoi! I’ve tried many places, but the host here was by far the best — so kind, helpful, and attentive. The location was perfect, right above a mall and close to everything I needed. Even if the place wasn’t perfect, the amazing host and convenience made it a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be back!

베트남 출장 많이 다니지만 한국인 입맛에 딱맞는 숙소입니다. 다만 도로쪽 차소리들이 들리는편이라 예민하신분들은 신경쓰이실것 같네요.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

房源寬敞，房間的空間也算足夠，蠻舒適的。屋主的訊息回覆很快速，在這邊睡得很好，附近也蠻熱鬧的，有商場也有餐廳。

We loved our stay at Van Anhs place. He was very a very responsive host and and always messaged when we were in completely different time zones. He has a great luggage storage feature and we left our luggage free of charge for 2 weeks. The apartment was spotless and clean and it matched the description. Nobody will be dissapointed staying here and we have already booked another reservation with Van Anh. Looking forward to the next stay.

The place itself was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. What really stood out was the level of service—everything was thoughtfully prepared, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

le séjour étai parfait 🙏🏻🌺☀️ merci beaucoup Thuy Trang 💪🏻 l'appartement était nickel et a proximité de tout (restaurant, shop etc etc) la petite terrasse est agréable, tout était propre 👍🏻on a de quoi se préparer a manger, le lit étai confortable, la climatisation Marche très bien, la télé aussi (les prise pour charger votre téléphone, ordinateur fonctionne bien "pas besoin d'adaptateur pour les personnes Françaises")

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

Appartement met prachtig uitzicht over de stad Hanoi vanaf 24 hoog. Het appartementencomplex is voorzien van een gym, spa, zwembad en twee restaurants. Wij kunnen het alleen maar aanbevelen
