Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Le studio est tout équipé : lit confort, cuisine, salle de bain, toilette, internet haut débit, smart tv, gel douche, shampooing et serviette. En plus de ce studio privé, vous avez accès à une belle pièce partagée. Celle ci est composée d’une grande cuisine, une buanderie ainsi qu’une cafetière à grain en libre service. Idéalement situé, vous trouverez de nombreuses places de stationnement gratuites à proximité, une cafétéria et un supermarché à quelques pas du logement.

Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. De glazen façade geeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de vallei. Bakker er kruidenier in het dorp. Om te onthaasten is dit de plek!

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Designed to accommodate 4 people, it has a bedroom with a 160 bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer) and the bathroom includes a washer-dryer.

Professional or traveler, you are welcome in Limoges. The 20 m2 accommodation is on the first floor with independent access. 9 min walk to the train station, 17 min walk to the city center, close to the Zenith and the highway, (Giant casino 50 m away, with bakery, pharmacy, etc.). A second accommodation in the building is available on Airbnb

We provide guests with a private space on the ground floor of our home. It includes a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (shared space with boiler room and pool pump) and toilet. You also have access to the pool (open from June to mid-September). We are also ideally located in the countryside for hikers, mountain bikers and runners (trail).
