We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

Nice little place to stay, within walking distance of downtown Decatur. Check-in and check-out process was super simple.

The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

The Cozy is just that! Elizabeth has created and continues to create an absolutely delightful escape from the chaos while her location is so convenient to great restaurants and activities. We were attending our nephew's graduation from med school at the South Gas Convention Center. The Cozy was a welcomed respite from all the city traffic and such an easy <10 min drive to the function. The love Elizabeth has put into her eco paradise, the cleanliness of the property, and her eagerness to accommodate her guests is unmatched... and we have stayed at our share of Airbnbs. To top it off, the bed was super comfy with quality bedding and a mattress topper that relieves all pressure points. The fresh eggs from her beautiful hens were DELICIOUS!! You can taste the love she puts into their care. Wish we could have taken home dozens of her eggs. Morning coffee amidst the natural surroundings was delightful. Highly recommend a stay here and your life will be blessed to meet Elizabeth!

It was a very homey place. It was refreshing to not stay at a hotel, and just feel at peace. The host was phenomenal. He met us when we arrived. Helped us with our luggage. They provided some creature comforts for us - beverages, some shelf stable food items. Very comfortable stay. Also I would like to say that I met their dog and he’s so delicious.

Maria was a lovely host! The place is very private, clean, very comfortable and the location is wonderful. Very green, lush, lovely location for walking. Nearby restaurants and playground!

Me and a few of my friends visited for the weekend to attend an event in the Lithonia area. Everything inside was clean, well kept, and easy to find. We didn't park in the garage BUT having the in option to do so was really nice. 10/10 would recommend *double thumbs up*

Paula‘s place is exceptionally nice, very clean and very accommodating. There was nothing we needed doing our stay that she had not provided. The place felt just like home. When we informed Paula that we would be checking in late, she took extra care to light up the place so that we could see. She also made an exception to the way that she leaves the key so that we would not struggle to get in. She had coffee, tea and snacks available for us. I make regular visits to the Atlanta and I hope Paula’s place is available for future visits.

Matthew was very easy to work with. He was able to accommodate us with ease. My husband’s ring was misplaced, and Matthew went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. The massage chairs were top tier.

The place is so nice that I’m scared to leave a suitable review because I want it to be available the next time I’m there. I’m tempted to tell everyone it’s horrible because I have to come back soon and I want to stay there 😂. But I can’t bring myself to do that so: it’s really nice. I’m back and forth to atl often and I’ve seen some decent places and some really janky ones. This one is in the all time top three easily. Of the one bedroom spots, definitely number one. If and when I air bnb, that’s the experience I want to create. Excellent.

Everything was great! Everything was clean and smelled very fresh. She was very friendly and made sure I had Everything. When I had questions she answered them and she responded quickly.

My husband and I had a great stay at Darci’s place. We were in town for a concert and did mostly night life activities. The guest house was private and clean, and our host included lots of snacks and also free eggs from their chickens. We didn’t get to use any but we were excited to have them. We only seen her husband once in passing and he was collecting eggs, and gave a friendly wave, which my husband enjoyed seeing. Although it is a guest house, you wouldn’t think so because of all your privacy. Will definitely come back if we’re in town again!

I really enjoyed the neighborhood. It felt safe jogging every morning. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issues. I came across the location was close to everything in Atlanta. I would rent this place again.

It took me awhile to write this review, but for selfish reasons. I selfishly wanted to hide my new favorite place to stay at if needed from the world because it is. Not only was tge pictures accurate, but this couple is such a blessing. Great spot. I would definitely book again if in the area.

I could live here! The place was beautiful. All the personal touches of home. I loved that they moved the bird feeder in front of the window for my enjoyment. I will go back in the future. Beautiful family. HIGHLY recommend.

Just what we needed...a quiet oasis during a weekend visit to our kids and grandkids who all live not that far away. A comfortable (king) bed, cozy living room, and a small functional kitchen loaded with more snacks than I think we've ever seen at an AirbnB. Hosts were very accommodating and our two nights there were peaceful. We expect to be back again next time we come to see the kids.

We so enjoyed our time at the Urban Retreat! The retreat was cozy and all of the extra touches made it so special. We will definitely return when in the area again!Lacy was a great hostess!! Thank you for having us!!
