It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, & can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The property is located less than 4 miles away from the GA International Horse Park, 11 miles away from Vampire Stalkers (The Vampire Diaries), & 28 miles away from downtown Atlanta. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Queen bed studio apartment with small sofa bed where u can kick your feet up and take a break. Please be advised: The unit is located in a studio apartment in the rear of the family home. The walk around the house is slightly slanted and if you have small children or mobility issues it probably would not be for you. In addition it is a basement unit so there may encounter noise from second floor guests. Blessings.

This historic home is close to everything! Within walking distance (less than 0.5 mi) to everything Covington (Mystic Falls & Serenity SC) has to offer. When you stay at Mystic Magnolia, you will actually be staying on the set of Dana Sue's house from Sweet Magnolia's. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and you will have access to the fire pit and huge front porch. Guest will sleep in a cozy, queen bed and a six foot couch can accommodate the third guest.

Cabin-like 1 bedroom

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Separate entrance to the entire basement where you can benefit from the spacious living room; 2 bedrooms; private bath; private laundry; kitchen area to prep small meals (there’s no stove for now, but you do get a hot plate and air fryer); and you can also enjoy your morning coffee on your own separate serene back porch. The only thing we share here is the driveway!

Also enjoy walking trails connecting the suite to the downtown.
