Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

Location was great, looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend staying here. A short walk down to a cool little beach at the end of the street.

I had a great stay for 2 weeks! It’s a lovely apartment that they have created and it feels very cozy. Stocked and functional kitchen! I particularly thought the bed was very comfortable. They were very accommodating to a request I had and responded right away which was very very helpful. They seemed like a very sweet and kind family and were great hosts.
