We instantly felt at home! Everything we needed was there, including things that I often bring with me because they aren't usually provided. Erin has set up this house the way you would if you lived there yourself--extra pillows, blankets, bathroom and kitchen towels, kitchen and laundry detergent. Basic spices, coffee and tea, sugar and creamer, every kitchen gadget and utensil. Bath products, night lights, beach chairs and towels. Even a bluetooth speaker and use of their Netflix account! All we needed were a few groceries and some sunshine to enjoy the outdoor spaces and seasonal game room. The house is spacious and charming! Their check-in and check-out methods are easy and they left ample info on how things work in the house and local restaurant and activity recommendations. This is a great location and home. I almost wish we had brought the kids...

Great location to getaway. Short walk to two different beaches as well as parking pass for great neck beach. Lots of room for two people to spread out. Lots of games to play. Living room was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy check-in and checkout

I can’t thank you enough for letting me stay in this beautiful location. I’ve been going through chemo treatment and trying to find beautiful places in between treatment to enjoy. This place was a fav. Which I sort of want to keep to myself. I didn’t have a lot of energy to do a lot but it was exactly what I needed. Parked my car and left it behind. Watched the tide, walked around a beautiful place with my dog. I couldn’t ask for more.

The house is well equipped and if you are planning to be in the yard,which we were, it has lots of fenced space. Our grandchildren enjoyed that. Really, if you plan a weekend, the four o’clock check in and 10 o’clock check out only leaves you with a day in between to enjoy the yard, but it was a great place to sit together and talk while the kids played. The host booklet was really helpful with good information.

This private home is lovely. It is appropriate if stairs are okay for your group 😊. Very clean, near plenty of coffee shops, easy to find, very safe area.

This house has everything! Charming location, easy layout, all new appliances, gorgeous linens, and it was spotlessly clean! You can see the ocean from one side! Easy walk to all of the cute things in Rockport. Rachel was a wonderful responsive host, and the neighbors were nice. We loved everything about it! Thanks Rachel!

we loved staying here! Our 5 yr old did not want to leave! It had everything you need for a perfect family getaway and dog friendly. Tons of toys to pick from and a great completely fenced in yard.. Beautiful location and you can walk 15 min to a super library and a little downtown area with great places to eat!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

Amy was very responsive and communicative. The house was clean and maps took us right to the home. It was too early in the season to enjoy the pool but it was pristine and would have been great for hot summer weather. Amy was wonderful with trying to accomodate any requests and we liked the location from easy access to Salem and within a one hour drive to Boston!

Thoroughly delightful stay. Spacious. Immaculate. Comfortable. Generously stocked by Maxine with refrigerator and pantry items. Super comfortable beds and linens. Hosted an extended family dinner and had everything we could possibly need in kitchen and cabinets. Already planning our return. Maxine is communicative, responsive, helpful. She clearly enjoys hosting and providing guests with a positive experience. Thank you, Maxine!

Daniel and Monica were great hosts that responded to any questions or needs. They live right next to this guest house so we’re quick to respond. This house is a bit small but has enough space for up to three or maybe one more on the sun porch if using an available air mattress. It is comfortable and homey. The bedroom in the basement is fine but the rest of the basement is mostly unfinished. The pool would be a nice feature but it was too early in the season for a dip in the cold water. Plenty of stores and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes of here including a Market Basket, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and big REI store among many others.

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

Host was awesome, proactive and communicative. Place was spacious and clean. Location was fantastic with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking. There is a bar just below which on Saturday night was bustling.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxestay! It’s a stylish, upscale apartment with all the amenities we needed. The space was clean, and the air mattress was available. We also appreciated the host’s kindness in arranging a pickup with the cleaner when we’d forgotten something. Highly recommended!

The views this home offers are beautiful. It is a nice neighborhood for walking a dog. The home has everything you would need. The host is very responsive.

Meredith’s place was exactly as described! It was charming, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, the heating/air conditioning worked like a charm, and everything was incredibly clean. We would recommend to anyone that is visiting York!

Perfect beach get away with amazing views. Right on the beach! Walking distance to everything. The space is beautifully decorated, and spotless. Such a pleasure to see and listen to the ocean, even on rainy days. Recommend highly and look forward to a return visit. Janine was a pleasure and a wonderful host.

We were delighted to stay at Vanessa’s home, which is even lovelier than the photos depict. The area and home are beautiful and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. We had the opportunity to meet Vanessa, and she was exceptionally kind. Very highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Seaside Social. Despite being so close to Wally's, we didn't find it to be noisy--there's lots to do within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities of home were there when we arrived; even a goodie bag of snacks and beverages in the fridge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but there were also beach chairs, towels, and a rolling cart available to use. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet-friendly place in Hampton Beach.

Sheila's cottage by the sea did not disappoint! This sweet, plenty spacious, dog friendly home perfectly accommodated my husband, me, and our two "inquisitive and always on the alert", pups. Highlights were: location, location, location (easy walk to Pavilion Beach); large wrap-around expansive deck equipped with comfortable seating and tall bar stools allowing one to see even more of the serene, panoramic, spectacular water views; clean, comfortable, homey, quaint & quirky (in a good way) surroundings; vases of lilacs and one of beautiful fresh flowers; charming wood -some reclaimed- ceilings in the sun and main rooms; some updated features such as the easy to open windows for ocean breezes and new washer & dryer; frosted, ice cold pint beer glasses waiting for us on the door of the freezer - much appreciated - and lastly, the large shower with steam (should you be so inclined), and clawfoot tub. We would love to return to this little slice of paradise some day. Thank you Sheila!

Everyone in our group agreed that Becky's property was perfect. We were surprised by all of the different supplies that are provided for the bathroom and kitchen. The house is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location too, about a 10 minute drive from downtown Salem.

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.
