Apartment vacation rentals in New Territories

Tina was responsive, provided suggestions and allowed early luggage drop off. The apartment was located 3 min walk from subway station. There were few 24 hours food chain restaurants, big supermarket and few dim sum restaurants close by. It was the perfect location. First impression was clean apartment. I’m 6’2 tall and I fit in the bed which was comfortable and supportive. There was air conditioning in living room and bedrooms kept me cool in 80F outside temp at night. The apartment was not facing the street. It was quiet at night. There were security guard on ground floor entrance all day. We felt safe there. I would recommend to this apartment.

Vincent has been nothing but a great and friendly host providing everything we need for our stay in his comfortable quiet setting on the hill beautifully surrounded by all things nature. Love the view. We got basic supplies from a small store nearby just couple of mins walk which is convenient, and it is just 5 mins walk down the hill to the shops on the main street. Air con, shower and kitchen all in good working order. We are happy to recommend to anyone who would like to experience the quiet side of Lamma and to stay at this place.

Jing’s apartment was perfect for me. It is cozy, well-furnished, and beautiful. Conveniently located near the subway, bus stations, and many tourist attractions, it’s an ideal spot. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Hong Kong.

Susan's place is ideally located if you would like to stay on HK Island. Easy walking distance to everything in Central and Sheung Wan areas with plenty to do around. Beautiful flat set just next to a wonderful park - with incredible trees just outside the window. I'm a light sleeper so my eye mask came in handy, but the area is quiet at night (which can be rare in HK) I would be very happy to stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything!

駅からも近く便利でベッド数も多かったため快適に過ごせた。トイレ、シャワーが2つついてるというのが1番の決め手でした。

Séjour parfait : instructions claires, aménagement et équipement très confortables et complets, appartement très propre, très agréable. Très bien placé près des escalators, supermarché à proximité. Je recommanderai sans hésiter et j’ai hâte d’y retourner moi-même. Merci Tom!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is close to MTR so that we can easily go around Hong Kong. The flat is very clean. There are clear instructions and we got complimentary drinks as a welcome gift. The look of the flat was true as the photos posted. The owner Jinny was very helpful from the start until we checked out. We really had a great stay. It is definitely worth it. We loved our stay so much ❤️ We will definitely come back here when we will be in Hong Kong again.

We went for a week to HK and stayed at Shizukas apt as a family of four. The place is very nice, clean, modern and has all you need in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom you would need. Small items like shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid and washing powder were there too when we arrived. We especially loved the beds and bedding, so comfy! Location is awesome, just a few steps away from the buzzing central area with shops, restaurants, bars and coffees. Shizuka was a great host, very friendly, attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Was a fun time for our family staying in pods for the first time. It was nice that we could reserve the whole place to ourselves. The place was a bit tight considering how many people we had so wouldn't recommend you bring too many suitcases per person. The common area is also very small so don't plan on hanging out at home. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and only a 2 minute walk to get onto the busier road with lots to see and do and connecting trains/buses to lots of nearby attractions. We all got a bunch of bug bites though so highly recommend bug spray.

This is not your typical airbnb as it is actually someone's home. I was skeptical when I first got there - it is small and and the kitchen and bathroom are well used. But it grew on me quickly..the host left helpful notes all around and snacks in the kitchen. The shower was hot. The bed, I have to say, was really hard- like sleeping on the floor- so I slept on the couch, which worked great. The really great thing is the location of this apartment; absolutely surrounded by good restaurants and shops and close to the metro and many bus lines. Thanks Evelyn for hosting a fellow solo traveler.

it was what we needed in hongkong! great 'home' to come back to everyday. hazel's place was clean and spacious, also loved that we could open the window and was breezy on the days we stayed indoors. hazel had provided us a baby high chair on request which was extremely accommodating and we are absolutely spoilt by that. the neighbourhood was in a wet-market style, absolutely frightening tbh to see live chickens slaughtering. but food was within walking distance, a little hilly tho manageable. the security at the lobby were friendly too! only downside was that the water in the bathroom was a little slow flow, and hazel did offer to come fix it, we were okay with it as we spaced out our showers. however the water heater was quite a nightmare, it was super hot one moment and super cold the next. we never figured it out. overall, the place was clean. the neighbourhood was bustling. the host was responsive and attentive. the amenities were abundant. we loved the home we had in hongkong!

Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat mir bei allem geholfen und mir alle Sorgen genommen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

十分推荐的住所，是我会再次选择和推荐给他人的地方。 这个地方离香港大学不远，适合想去香港大学参观的人，地铁站需要走一段，但也不远，不过附近公交站和电车站很多，出行也很方便。 房东会为你准备一个入住指南PPT，有一种被认真对待的感觉，PPT里会为你讲述家里设备使用方法，周边美食推荐以及一些入住要求，简单明了，直接上手。 我觉得最吸引我的就是有种家的感觉吧，从大小到布局和家具选择，像是我在香港这里要打拼一阵子会选择的短期住宿，虽然我只是五一来玩几天的，而且实际入住和图片基本符合一致。 房东也很有礼貌，很好说话，不过由于来的时候属于是香港的工作日，回复不是很及时，和我其他住的地方也有类似到情况，但是已经算回复很快的房东了，如果有急事建议早点与房东沟通。 配备的洗衣机，空调，马桶及淋浴设备都蛮好用的，甚至还有块小显示屏可以使用。唯一不太好的地方就是那个饮水机吧，来的第一晚就发现出故障了，热水冷水都取不了，不过房东有提供另外的热水壶可以使用，虽然我还是更喜欢直接喝冷水。

Kitling is very nice and friendly to us during our stay in Hong Kong. The house is located in a beautiful alley in Kenedy Town, close to the station. The place is very clean with lots of ammenities and equipments for us to cook and entertain. Overall, it is an excellent experience.

Christy's apartment is lovely and the immediate complex is very impressive, especially attractive at night. It is a very safe location and very peaceful and quiet. I had a great time there. MTR and all the shops are close-by. I highly recommend

Great value for money in Hong Kong Island! The flat is well furnished, clean and modern. For Hong Kong standards the size is good, even if it might feel a bit small if you're 4 people. The terrace was super nice and the (very necessary) AC worked well. Q was always very communicative, responsive and accommodating. You can reach some of the main touristic points of Hong Kong in very little time but the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Keep in mind it's a flat in a big building and on the first floor, so you might hear the neighbours and some traffic if you're a light sleeper. The sofa bed was a bit hard but the rest of beds were fine. Overall a great option, would recommend!

Harvey is an excellent host. We felt well looked after, picked us up at the bus stop, showed us around the apartment, and was very accomodating with our three kids (aged 7, 4, 2). The place had two comfy double beds and a single bed, we managed to open our portable cot in the master room, Hong Kong style. There was enough space for the kids to move around, for us to do laundry and watch some Disney. The apartment complex is easy to reach, with a safe short walk (all indoor/ shopping mall) to the MTR station. It also has two play spaces, and a library for free. The gym, pool, and basketball court isn’t free but very convenient and well equipped. I can recommend Harvey and his place to anyone visiting Hong Kong with a family. Space is a premium in Hong Kong, and this apartment is further out, but still easy to get to, and feels very safe for families.

We ( family of 3) stayed at this apartment in Apr and had a very good time. The apartment was near, clean and was very tastefully decorated. The place is located close to the central and has frequent buses going towards it and therefore the commuting part was not much of an issue with the bus stop located a hundred odd metres away and nearest MTR (Wan Chai) being 7-8 mins walk roughly. Vagisha and Lyn were very helpful right from providing tips earlier on before coming to the place and then during our stay the guidance helped us to navigate faster and easily. it was a very homely feeling after being out the day visiting places and coming back to the apartment. Thanks to Vagisha for making our stay comfortable and also Lyn for all the local guidance. Would love to come back and spend more time at leisure.
