Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Absolutely Stunning Basement apt

This unique place has a style all its own. A large sectional is in the living room where you can relax and watch TV. Large TV comes with Apple TV which has many apps that can be used. Comes with luxurious bathroom with bath, shower, and fireplace. You can workout on Echelon bike and use their fitness app on your phone. Comes with complimentary Nespresso coffee. 9 minute drive to University of New Brunswick. Backyard backs on to forest which is nice for hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing.

Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 sq foot space where this apartment is located was originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. This was our second time staying here. If you’re looking for a remote, rustic, peaceful stay - this is your place. But be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes. There were so many in fact that we couldn’t explore the property but the screened in porch with the wood stove was the highlight of our trip. We’ll book again. Mostly to say hello to the resident bunny who kept hanging around. We named him Roger in case you see him. Say hello from us.

The Indigo Inn gets four paws up from us! Grant and Juno were gracious hosts and the Indigo Inn is a little gem. It's secreted in a lovely leafy neighbourhood by the river--great for walking--and the accommodation is spotless and oh-so-comfy. Parking is right outside. We liked it so much, we've already booked a second stay on the way home so we could explore the neighbourhood and Fredericton.

Kayvon's place was perfect for what I needed, as I was only in the area for a couple weeks. The shared laundry was right outside the door. The only thing the kitchen lacked was an oven or air frier. There was however an induction cook top, a microwave, and coffee maker. The dishwasher was also super convenient and saved a lot of time. it should also be mentioned how responsive Kayvon was. Any questions or concerns I had mentioned to the host were very promptly addressed. The internet was super fast and low latency. They have a hot water on demand system which is great. Also, the location is in a very peaceful area. I felt right at home here, and if I come here again, this is where I will stay. Strongly recommend it!
