Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

This place is beautiful! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like home. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back in the winter. Everything you need was there. Everything was so clean, spotless. Loved the huge kitchen island. Great for a crowd to eat or play games. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a night. Thank you for hosting!

This is the second time we've stayed at Kym's house. We love the historic character and quirky features of the house. Kym and Bob are great hosts and always responsive. The house is so close to Sunapee and Ragged Mountains, so it's the perfect spot for a ski getaway. Love to come back to the fireplaces after a day of skiing!

Beautiful old New England farmhouse, remodeled to be comfortable and modern but still retain its character. Nice kitchen - able to bake a birthday cake with one grandchild and lasagne with another. Particularly enjoyed the art throughout the house!

We had a lovely stay over a long weekend. It was enough space to spread out a bit with my family and in-laws without feeling like we were on top of each other. It was easy to get to Concord and did some walking on the Rail to Trail. Would recommend!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. It was a great two week stay.. I enjoyed being at this lake house. The lake is across the road, and pretty to look at on the balcony. The clear view of the lake walking and driving in the morning was very peaceful. His dock is the nicest in comparison to his neighbors. Kitchen was very well equipped, top notch washer and dryer, excellent lighting , beds and linens were comfortable, couch was large, easy to sprawl out and take a nap. Michael was available and easy to communicate. The high reviews are true, he cares and is thoughtful . I look forward in future stays .

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. Conveniently located right by the square that had great restaurants and coffee. Nice, clean, and cozy! Easy access to the bike trail and quick route over to VT.

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

One of the few airbnbs where the Airbnb is actually nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Very spacious, cozy basement apartment with all the necessities. Great location, close to plenty of trails and a few breweries. We brought our pup who loved the easily accessible dirt roads from the house. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but Laurie leaves you plenty of fire wood.

This place was very spacious! It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures. Korene greeting us and was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and in a great location. Close enough to downtown concord that you can walk. 10/10 recommend!

Terrance's place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy to find and the perfect stay. Terrance was very kind and hospitable.

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

We had a great stay in Campton at Ally and Bert’s place. Before checking in, we enjoyed a hike nearby that was lovely. When we arrived, the surroundings were beautiful and eclectic with very handsome horses on the premises and cool lawn adornments. The parking spot was clearly marked. The house was well off the road and private. The apartment seemed new and was very clean. It was cleverly decorated for the space and was very welcoming. We could hear footsteps above, both of the human and canine type, but it certainly didn’t bother us. It’s to be expected with a bottom level apartment, and we actually weren’t there all that much. When we were, it was infrequent. We would recommend!

Evangeline's place was a great for our ski weekend with our family. The location and convenience to Tenney mountain was perfect. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend! Evangeline was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely will rent her again! Thanks!!!

This place was beautiful and quiet. The private balcony has a screen that doesn’t let mosquitos in (thankfully) or any bugs/animals. It’s perfect for watching the sun rise or just enjoying a meal! Check in/out was straight forward, and the code was easy to remember. The deck nearby is also very nice (we went there early in the morning and got to see a couple of fishes swimming around, as the lake’s water is super clear). Weirs Beach in Laconia is also around a 20 minute drive, which was very convenient. Christine was so helpful and nice, I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location in a quiet setting away from traffic. Conveniently located a few miles from shopping, restaurants, and events. Jeffrey and Idena’s rental was clean and inviting, indoors and out! A great find!

It was so great staying at Corey’s place! It was just liked described and it was a great launch pad to explore Quechee and the surrounding area. We enjoyed it so much and would love to go back!

Beautiful, well appointed and immaculate home. So much natural light from the windows and skylights. Loved the main floor master with its spacious shower and thoughtfully stocked en-suite and also that each bedroom is on its own level with private bathroom. Loft area was a very nice bonus. Extremely comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and soft blankets. Lots of storage. The view of the golf course is lovely and it was extremely quiet during our stay. Checkout was a breeze- simply lock the door behind you. Host communication and response was excellent. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in.
