We had a lovely stay here. It smelled like fresh eucalyptus inside. Mike gifted us homemade banana bread and the most delicious honey fresh from his backyard. The place was spacious, cozy, well decorated with a wide assortment of games. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We walked into Henniker and had a yummy lunch at Daniel’s pub. If trying to get into Manchester via uber, schedule it in advance to ensure you can get a ride.

A serene outdoor patio area is featured, with four white adirondack chairs arranged around a circular fire pit. A grassy field extends beyond the seating, bordered by trees under a partly cloudy sky.

My family had a wonderful stay at The Barn! It was so spacious and comfortable for me and my sister’s family and our kids. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed making s’mores on the patio after watching the beautiful sunset. We enjoyed swimming at the lakes and farms in the area. Tim and Dianna were very communicative and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend a stay at The Barn!

What an absolutely lovely stay. This is not a typical rental - it’s a real home with lots of personality. We had everything we needed and the location is SO peaceful - close to town, hiking trails, nature preserve. Kathryn is super communicative and so welcoming. We had some herbs from her beautiful garden and sat on the patio to enjoy meals. Would definitely come back!

the minimal photos and description didn’t do justice to the 1790’s era cottage. It has two private sleeping areas that would work for two couples although sound does travel due to spaces between the floorboards. It’s spacious and surroundings are lovely. It’s well equipped with dishes and towels but needing either bar stools or a functioning table and chairs. The grounds beg to be explored which instructions say can be arranged in advance with the owner. We had not done so and thus were restricted by an extraordinarily effective and large barking watchdog large dog that keeps the premises secure from wild animals and wandering humans. Owner was otherwise very accommodating.

A detailed map of Mt. Sunapee displays various ski trails and terrain features. Color-coded lines indicate different skill levels, while labeled areas provide information on lift locations and amenities. The surrounding mountains and forests are illustrated, enhancing the geographical context.

The location is perfect anytime of year given its proximity to the pond and skiing. The house had everything we needed and Dave was a great host. He reached out with clear instructions and was super responsive when I had any questions. Plus having the wood stove ready for a fire and the coffee set up for the morning were really touches. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful few nights at Ashish’s house. Came up with our family for some spring skiing at sunapee. His house is super close to the mountain. One of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended and well certainly hope to come back next time we hit the slopes. Oh and the Nema plug for car charging with use of the 2 car garage is a game changer!
