Barn vacation rentals in New Hampshire

We had a great stay in Colebrook again. Love the house. I would recommend renting the barn and house together, very comfortable and functional for larger groups. They have a renovated chicken coupe also that would be great if you needed more room. Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay, lots to do with in a few miles. There are some games to play while we enjoyed a fire. We had a projector so we enjoyed a movie later on upstairs in the loft. Thank you for the relaxing time.

Absolute gem! Celebrated a 30th birthday here and Sandra was so helpful and the place was just amazing. So many fun things for a wonderful time with people you love.

The property was exactly what we hoped for - so much character, plenty of space, and comfortable for spending time together.

Amazing rustic spot no far from attractions in Woodstock on Mirror Lake. Very cozy and comfortable, with many amenities. Definitely will be back!

This was such a lovely stay! The location and environment was tranquil. The place was cozy and well set-up. I will say the couch and bed were extremely comfortable, I need the same furniture at my home. I was able to cook some meals, everything you need to cook was available (great skillets!). It was a delight to look over the process of the renovation of the manor - to see the work that went in to it was nice. This was a nice retreat for me from the fast life, and this loft was the right stay for that. I highly recommend Vineyard Loft @ Black Locust Manor for a simple, tranquil, and cozy stay.

Lovely space and surroundings! Peaceful retreat! Kind, helpful and responsive hosts! Easy to stay comfortably, amenities well considered, clean and tidy space. Front door lock was a little fritzy, but armed with host's tips it always worked in a minute or two. Back deck was AWESOME. Cool old school pin ball machine in the living room and in good working order! Be prepared to be asked to remove all trash / recycling at the conclusion of your stay. Absolute pleasure, would definitely consider returning!! Thanks Rob and Patty!

Wendy & Dean were wonderful hosts! We had a really late arrival and we were still greeted with a warm smile. Wendy’s breakfasts were delicious! And she kindly accommodated my dietary restrictions. The bathrooms and rooms were squeaky clean with plush fluffy towels and toiletries provided which was great. Beds were comfy cozy. Common areas were clean and plentiful with refreshments. The whole experience was way more than I expected! The grounds were gorgeous with a nice walk to the river. I felt welcomed, at home and comfortable in their beautiful space. Wendy & Dean were very accommodating and helpful in advising what to do in the local area. We really enjoyed spending time with them. I highly recommend His & Hers Farm and will definitely be back!

Windy and Dean were awesome hosts. It is such a blessing for them to share their little slice of heaven with others. The home, location, beautiful landscaping and delicious breakfast makes for a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay here for the Revel Marathon weekend. It was walking distance from the finish and from lots of neat places. Very close drive to anything you need! We were not able to use the kayaks /water due to being rained out unfortunately. There was a field that was flooded between us and the water - so we didn’t venture out. You can’t really see the water from the property - just an FYI. I think the property itself was nicer than the pictures actually and has everything you need! The downstairs remained cold and the upstairs was hot- but not uncomfortable- just an observation. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

This house was a dream! It’s beautifully decorated, cozy, and stocked with anything a guest may need during their stay. The hosts, Amanda and Alicia, are communicative and kind. We’d love to stay again if we return to the area in the future!

The stay at Victorias barn was amazing. It is VERY private, clean, organized and well stocked. Loved how we got to play volleyball and carve our pumpkins on the deck/yard during the day and get comfortable and cozy at night. Victoria was very attentive, responsive and accommodating at all times. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Already dreaming of returning ! Thank you so much for sharing your peaceful place with us . The bed was possibly the most comfortable in any airbnb I’ve stayed in . Place was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need . Bathroom felt spa like with an abundance of soft fluffy towels , hair shampoo , conditioner , fluffy rugs . Kitchen was very functional & we easily made our breakfast (thank you for the fresh eggs ) . Great place y disconnect but if you’re working on the go you’ll be able to do so comfortably here . Such warm & loving hosts . Our stay felt like a dream .

Cate’s Barn was wonderfully unique. If you are seeking a quiet peaceful country place in an interesting space, but is within reach to town, this may be worth staying at. The apartment is set in an old converted barn and has all the modern conveniences set amongst antiques from various eras. Cate is genuinely welcoming and friendly and we felt at home from the moment we arrived till we waved her goodbye.

This is the very first time we’ve used AirBNB for a stay and Betsy and Scott’s lake house did not disappoint. After seeing the photos online, we were extra excited for our trip but I’ve got to tell you… it is even more beautiful in person!! I’m not sure how that is possible, but it is!! Like so many other reviews mention, the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The bathrooms, SPOTLESS. The kitchen is spacious and though we didn’t get to take full advantage due to our longer boat days, it was a dream— well stocked, CLEAN, and so inviting. Squam is one of our favorite places on earth; my husband has been coming up all his life and we’ve kept the tradition going with our own little family. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to make new memories at their home in the future. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t second guess yourself! Worth every penny.

My family had a wonderful stay at The Barn! It was so spacious and comfortable for me and my sister’s family and our kids. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed making s’mores on the patio after watching the beautiful sunset. We enjoyed swimming at the lakes and farms in the area. Tim and Dianna were very communicative and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend a stay at The Barn!

Sandra's AirBnB at the Ice House Creamery is a wonderful stay. The decor is a rustic millenial grey with a Squam Lake vibe. Plenty of space. Easy entry and exit to get to Holderness, Ashland, Meredith, Weirs Beach, Laconia etc. Hiking trails are around the corner (go to the Rattlesnake hike but bring plenty of bug spray.). The Science Center is really excellent as well. Kudos to Sandra for responding to a major flooding issue within minutes (a heavy downpour caused flooding in the master bedroom) and was rectified quickly. We visited just as the Creamery opened which has excellent options. A couple notes for visitors: 1) Cell Service is not existent in many areas but the WiFi is solid at the AirBnB. 2) If the Creamery is open, you will experience visitors in and out of shop which is directly connected so don't expect full privacy. There are neighbors upstairs as well and the private beach across the street is "private"~ish but there was an aggressive dog off-leash. Would recommend.

This is such a magical place! After a long drive, arriving at The Barn was more than we could have hoped for. Very cozy, clean, and no detail overlooked. We loved the deck and enjoyed having tea and listening to the birds. The location is perfect - private and secluded, but close enough to town to grab a quick dinner. We were welcomed by Patsy, the sweetest dog. We also got to meet the horses! Aurora was very responsive and helpful, and we are so thankful for a wonderful night in this beautiful corner of the world. Truly a gem!

This is my second time staying here. Brian was an incredible host and super responsive. He also provided recommendations and made the stay so enjoyable and easy! The apartment is as pictured and as described. Highly recommend.
