excellent space with a very kind host. excellent and clear guide to local activities and food and such. very centrally located to many great food and nature vases destinations. 12/10 would recommend!!

We came up for a wedding and could only stay one night... I would love to come back and stay longer and explore the surrounding area and it's natural beauty. The house was spotless and relaxing and had everything you might need for your stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent spot for a bigger group to go. The whole house is very nice. The screened in porch was our favorite part of the house. If my group decides to go back up to the area we would love to stay here again.

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

The place was great! very cozy and comfortable with a great location to so many beautiful state parks in an adorable town. Awesome that it's so close to Portland even though it felt like a world away because of how adorable the town is. the hosts were great, Deborah was so Incredibly sweet and offered so many fantastic restaurant and food recommendations (we followed several of them!). They had so many things available for you just in case you forget something (even umbrellas and rain coats!) Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. The location is quiet but just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Highlights: The bed was super comfortable. The sauna was great on a rainy day. The walkability to the Back Bay trail was appreciated.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

Get spot for the great outdoors. Pamela was super responsive! The cabin maxes out at 3 guest, keep that in mind when booking.

We have stayed at Jackies place twice now and enjoyed it just as much this time as the last. Even though it rained for two days the house is plenty big enough to spread out. We had to change our reservation days twice because of circumstances and Jackie was very accomidating..

Off the grid enough to feel completely alone in the woods, but close enough to where you can get dinner or find other things to do with only a short drive. Highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful little cabin in the woods. It has everything you need from a nicely stocked little kitchen, rain shower head in the shower, firepit, hot tub and sauna. Immediately felt relaxed. We used the grill a couple times, cooked a little in the kitchen and went to some fantastic restaurants. Christian was a great host. Definitely recommend!

This is a very peaceful and beautiful setting and a rare chance to be in a place that feels so remote but is actually close to many things. It was a perfect get away to be able to walk in the woods and listen to the stream at night. We cannot wait to go back! Its beautiful inside and out.
