Our 1919 charming home, surrounded by 50 acres of preserved land, is in an historic district and a stone's throw from the NCR hike/bike trail. We have tubes to float down the Gunpowder River which winds around our property and is accessible by foot. The bike path is lovely! Inverness Brewery is located 5 minutes away, Starbright farm is a glorious lavender farm 15 minutes north, Boordy Vineyards, a family run winery, is 20 minutes east, and Ladew Toipiary Gardens is another gem to behold!

Very convenient and pleasant stay! Megan was very helpful ensuring we had what we needed, prior to check-in and during our stay. The cottage was comfortable, and while it provided for a peaceful and quiet respite, was also close to plenty lof stores and other amenities, supermarkets, parks, hiking trails and nature. We came to stay due to the proximity to the Gunpowder River State Park, where we hiked and fished, and the cottage was only about a 10-minute drive to the most popular access spots along the river. A lovely place to spend a few days.

Dylan's place is perfectly tiny. The two of us and our dog fit just fine. Quiet and peaceful but close to just about everything. The creek would be easier to enjoy if the woods were cleaned out a bit, but overall a great place. I'd absolutely stay again.
