Great location, fantastic spot for a couple of families

Spent a beautiful weekend at The Church House with 6 lifelong friends and we loved it! The large living space, a bed for each person, the well-stocked kitchen, the screened-in porch, multiple bathrooms, and all the rest made this a perfect location for a girls weekend. We brought lots of food and found all the dishes, utensils, and cutlery we needed on-site. Silvia welcomed us warmly and gave us a complete tour which included important information and amusing anecdotes. Her care for this converted church and the surrounding community was evident. I would enthusiatically recommend this property to anyone needing a space to accommodate a larger group. My friends and I were delighted with our accommodations and would consider returning in the future.

We had a great girl’s weekend at Dawn’s place! The property is beautiful, the house is spacious and beds were comfy. Dawn was very helpful and a great host. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice cottage, clean and tastefully furnished. Beautiful sea views and a beautiful bright space. Stéphanie's family were on the ground next door and were very nice and present if needed when we had questions. Quiet and perfect place for a lovely family vacation:)

Small cabin perfectly equipped and well thought out, 30 seconds from the beach with beautiful sunsets, long walks on the beach and swimming. Water shoes are highly recommended because there are rocks and shell debris especially at low tide. Stéphanie and Éric were super welcoming and responsive. Nothing was missing and we enjoyed the airfryer! The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning served us well with the heat wave. 😅 There's plenty to do around, Miscou, Lamèque and the beaches! Our favorite is Pigeon Hill Beach (13 min away!) which gives access to both the bay and the sea and is very quiet on weekdays. Miscou and Le Goulet beaches (further away) are also worth a visit. There are shops in Lamèque where you can find everything you need. Really a nice spot to recommend without hesitation. Don't forget your mosquito repellent, there are some in this area!😉 We'd love to go back. 🤩😊 Thanks for everything!

Very nice place! Loved it!

We loved this place- it was extremely clean and well kept, had lots of useful things available in the kitchen and bathroom, and the hot tub was so lovely after a long day outside. Make sure to read the "getting there" instructions VERY CAREFULLY.

Nancy's place was the perfect little get away for us over the weekend. Both Nancy and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The place's decor is nicely done in a nautical theme, which is perfect for that area. Overall, a perfect experience for us. We would have no hesitation with returning again.

Very nice stay. The hosts are considerate and communication is super easy. We have access to the beach, although it's not very wide. But since there's almost no one, it's fine. The grounds around the trailer are actually shared by another and a half house. But we only saw a car once. The grounds, without being beautiful, have everything you need to eat or make a fire... on the condition of surviving mosquitoes. Since there is no mosquito shelter, your stay on the ground will depend on your tolerance for bites and the amount of Off you have on your back. The kitchen is well equipped (but there is no lid for cauldrons) and there is nothing missing. Slight detail: the bed is very high: for smaller people, you have to climb...

We stayed at Paul’s for YQM about 35 mins away from the concert which was perfect we got out of all the hustle and bustle of the town to a quiet community that had all the small town things (Tim Hortons, Irving, small cafe,restaurant etc.) the house is Beautiful, cozy, clean, smells delightfull. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt like we were home. Beds were comfy. It’s set up for small children to have a fun bath with toys just like you were home. We will definitely be back!

Suzanne was a lifesaver for my wife and I! She allowed us to host our elopement wedding ceremony on the property for 6 people with less than a week of notice after we had to suddenly find a new venue. The home is comfortable and cozy, and also very spacious thanks to the high vaulted ceiling and open-concept layout. There were some questions we needed answered (forgetfulness due to wedding jitters!) and Suzanne always had a clear response for us. The yard is far more private and peaceful than I imagined, and it's perfectly set up for hosting outdoor dinner parties or similar gatherings. The whole property is protected and surrounded by trees and the surrounding community is very quiet. For anyone looking for a truly private getaway within walking distance of the water, I highly recommend this property, as well as its very helpful host, Suzanne.

This house was perfect for large groups of people. Tons of space, very private. Host was very responsive and accommodating!

The place was great for our families and hard to beat the location. Lots of games/toys for the kids (and adults), lots of room and quiet from floor to floor.

Great place to stay with 3 families. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Surroundings were quiet and peaceful, nice trail beside the river. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, cozy and comfortable.

The unit that we rented was absolutely perfect for what we needed. There was a nice outdoor space where we could sit and have coffee in the morning and look at the beautiful sunrise on the river. The unit was also very clean. It was a very quick walk to a great restaurant, a bar and a convenience store. It was also a treat to have an ice cream stand right beside the unit.

This cottage is all that it is described to be and did not disappoint!! It was super clean, cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful walk to the beach across the marsh boardwalk, strolling the stunning shores of the Atlantic Ocean and watching the sunset will be core memories for our whole family. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. Instructions and communication were very clear and much appreciated. Will definitely be back! :)
