Teeny Rustic beach haven

Amazing place to stay, very peaceful and great place to get away. Noella is very friendly and great if you need help with anything. 10/10 would stay here again. Mosquitoes aren’t an issue once you put on some repellant.
A vibrant sunset is captured over the calm waters of the Northumberland Strait, with the sun reflecting golden hues on the surface. The serene sky transitions from orange to soft yellow, while silhouettes of gentle grasses line the foreground.

Beachfront Cottage w Awesome Views!

HopeRating, 5 stars33 months ago
The perfect beachfront cottage! Jacqueline was a fantastic host (she even brought us a big can of bug spray when we told her we forgot to buy some, and condiments for our burgers too!) and was super fast to respond to my questions and concerns. The location is fantastic for being isolated, we felt like we had the whole bay (and it’s beaches) to ourselves during the week, and the nearby nature reserve at the base of the bridge to PEI is a great day trip, but we learned on the first day that it costs $50 to cross over to NB from PEI, so we didn’t hop over and sightsee on PEI on random days like we had expected to. We had some plumbing issues on our first day that I thought wouldn’t be able to be fixed but she had her handyman out within like an hour and he had a patch until it could be fixed the next day. The dock and access to (really nice!!!!!) paddle boards and kayaks made this a dream for me, just perfect.

Water's Edge Cottage - a nature & artist haven

SusanRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Our second time at this great location. Close to Annapolis Royal that includes the terrific Farmer's Market on Saturdays and shopping in the quaint downtown area. Grandkids LOVE the hot tub. Our hosts are both warm and welcoming. Thanks Janis and Cam for your hospitality - we look forward to seeing you again!

Million Dollar View

MonikaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We had a fantastic first-time stay at Todd and Jessica's cottage. The cottage's front lawn comes to the water so it is easy and incredible to sit on the spacious patio and watch the tides, Spoon island, and numerous waterfowl like great blue herons, eagles, crows, seagulls and cormorants. The cottage is clean and well equipped, inc. two pairs of binoculars, games, and well equipped kitchen. The fire pit is beautiful and we had sufficient supply of wood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog - we walked the nearby Gagong Nature Preserve every morning and it was great. St. Stephen is nearby for convenience as is a great little local vegetable market (inc. fresh blueberries, NB honey and maple syrup) - on route 170 toward St. Stephen. We highly recommend the place! Thank you for your hospitality Jessica and Todd!

The Boathouse on Scotch Cove

DerekRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely perfect is how I would describe Kristine's place. Nestled in an ocean cove, the boathouse is clean, bright and extremely cozy. The woodstove was nice for the cool nights. Amazing views and access to the water. I didn't use the kayaks but I walked the beautiful trail at Graves Island Park which is a one minute drive from the boathouse. Grocery shopping is a few minutes drive to Chester. Easy driving distance to Lunenburg, Bridgewater and South Shore beaches. I let Kristine know ahead of time that I was towing a utility trailer and she made arrangements for me to park it at a nearby property. Thank you Kristine! Great host, great stay, great area. I did not want to leave but I will be back!

La Petite Grange - Enr-628274

VeroniqueRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We spent 2 wonderful days in Linda and Maurice's LARGE garden! A hummingbird gathers nectar from the daylilies at breakfast, a doe hops back into her fur and striped bass flutter a few meters from the shore! Beautiful views of Baie des Chaleurs, a 4 km walk along the red cliffs of the south coast of Gaspé. Linda and Maurice are attentive hosts and shared with us plenty of "Nature" details. Linda grows her garlic and makes delicious dishes with it. The little Grange delighted us with its charm and deliberate simplicity.
A wooden dock extends over calm lake water, reflecting the gray sky. A person is swimming nearby, while a dog stands at the edge of the dock, gazing into the water. Lush greenery surrounds the scene, enhancing the serene lake environment.

Our second summer stay was just as wonderful as the first. More familiar this time, so the whole family felt right at home. Chris was once again very warm and welcoming in his communications. Look forward to our third stay next year if we can be so fortunate.

GeenaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I absolutely loved my stay at the Little Loft! The place was small but had everything I needed for my stay. The ladder up to the bed definitely brought out my inner child too! The hosts were very responsive and gave lots of great local recommendations to help me plan my trip. I also loved the backyard, especially the hot tub! It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of hiking and exploring the city. Overall, I’d highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again if I’m ever in Fredericton again!

Magnolia Corner Small Footprint Vibrant Community

HeatherRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Darlene's place is easy to get to and is walking distance to downtown, which has many eating places, cafes and a variety of other stores. It's located a couple of blocks from the University. There are walking paths and a great Farmer's Market on Saturdays. The small but very well organized and well designed place has lovely and artistic furnishings. It has everything one would need and is comfortable for 2 people. The door gives onto the beautiful front yard; large magnolia trees (it would be lovely to see them in bloom), some Rhododendrons that were flowering for us. The way the apartment is designed gives privacy, along with a separate driveway. It's on Main Street so there is a pretty steady flow of traffic but inside the apartment is very quiet. Wolfville is a great big town/small city. Darlene kindly suggested a great UNESCO place nearby. There are wineries within driving distance, lots of markets to buy food. Darlene was very friendly and answered our questions quickly.

The Spruce Cabin - a modern off grid retreat

HoutanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This stay was an absolute gem—truly the perfect escape from the routine and stress of daily life. From the peaceful trail and cozy fire pit to the charming woodstove and refreshing shower, every detail is thoughtfully prepared to help you unwind and recharge. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the host. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable, and their genuine warmth makes all the difference. I highly recommend arranging for the host to pick you up at the designated location—it’s not only convenient, but also an amazing opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking ATV or snowmobile ride through stunning landscapes. It’s an experience you won’t want to miss! I’ll definitely be sharing this hidden gem with my friends and planning to return with them. Can’t wait to experience it all over again!

We had a memorable stay in this tiny house! Everything is PERFECT for 2 people. The location is amazing, the views are stunning and we had access to a small bridge that led to a private beach. A real little piece of heaven! What can I say about the owners: they are welcoming, kind, and always available for anything. This Airbnb is located on a small campsite, private and quiet, and people are also very welcoming and kind! We'll probably be back. We recommend this mini-house by the water to everyone!!!!🌅

LaurelRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Staying at the Bunkie was so peaceful, we did not want to leave! I would recommend this place to everyone. Rhonda was an exceptional hostess and very friendly, helpful and available. The decor of the bunkie was outstanding! Could be in a magazine. They provided lots and lots of linens, games, puzzles, coffee, tea etc. We did not have even one need that wasn't met. Our puppy dog loved the area and he was very welcomed. The view from the deck chairs was outstanding! I would definitely stay here again and again! Thanks again, Rhonda!

Me and my husband came here for a weekend to celebrate an anniversary. We stay at airbnbs quite often, but this one far exceeded our expectations. Its rare that I wake up and genuinely wish I could stay longer. The pictures don't do this place justice - the view was breathtaking. I felt like I was in an oasis in the middle of nowhere, without actually being in the middle of nowhere. There is a new screened in porch with plenty of seating that you can open directly to the seacan by opening the large bay door. We spent the entirety of our weekend sitting on the porch, listening to the rain, watching netflix, playing board games and napping. The view from the sauna is spectacular and there is a wood-fired hot tub (next to the sauna which we used as a cold plunge) and an electric hot tub. I would come back here in a heartbeat - I absolutely loved it.
