Vacation rentals with a patio in New Belgrade

Perfect apartment, great kitchen, dinning and living room area. Fantastic rooms, with plenty of closet space. Brilliant, with two bathrooms. The neighborhood is a great place to stay, new and trendy, with just a short walk to the old part of town. We had a fantastic stay and can recommend for anyone, also if you are travelling with kids. 👍

离开Branko的住所之时就是我真切怀念这29天幸福生活的开始。从第一天下飞机后搭乘全城免费的公交车前往apartment的陌生和担心，到离开的日子搭乘全城免费的公交车前往airport的熟悉和不舍，这29天的旅居生活是截至目前我在一座家乡以外的城市停留最久的一次，同时也是最美好和感动的一次。Ana和Branko一家友好、热情、朴实，我到达之前就提供了详细的路程及入住等实用信息，最令人意外的是他们的房子距离公交车站是如此直接和便捷。另外，这个公交车站也有令人意外之处，那就是从401路到409路（除了404路）以及503路公交车全部正常停车等候，这意味着周边的居民几乎可以便捷地到达全城任何地方，特别推荐乘车到达banjica2或者paunova或者trg slavija等站点换乘。他们的房子是一座设计很实用的四层别墅，包括休闲花园式的院子。我住在一层靠里面的一室一厅的一套，门口有单独的一块小空间，以及整洁的小草坪。这块儿小空间太适合我跑步以后进行拉伸放松了。进入房间后看到的和房源照片一模一样，整洁、宽敞、温馨。特别特别喜欢的就是厨房区域，是我住过最好最实用最齐全的，每天做饭的时候都特别开心，因为可以一边闻着烤箱里面包的香味，一边煮着营养丰富的蔬菜奶酪浓汤。Ana和Branko一家也住在这栋别墅里，所以我们常常见面，在院子里聊聊天，和他们可爱的小儿子萨沙一起玩耍，看Ana的母亲种花以及Branko整理草坪……总之是不会感到任何的孤独。最让我感动的是，住宿期间，Ana主动向我提供特色烧烤，但是由于我没能及时看到她发的信息，所以遗憾的错过了。不过，临走前的一天，我有幸和他们一家共进了晚餐，享用了Branko妈妈亲手烹制的当地特色美食（名字忘记了），我们还开心的聊了很多，包括我这段日子的生活体验等等，最后Branko妈妈抱着我送上祝福，短短不到两个小时的相聚，温馨愉悦，为我的幸福之旅画上了圆满的句号♥️🌹🎉🥘🥮🏡😊 对了，距离他们房子50米的supermarket也是很令人满意的，虽然空间不大，但是食品类的商品非常齐全，完全可以满足你的日常烹饪需要。我尤其喜欢吃那里卖的大面包，还专门带了两个回国😄 其实还有很多要说的，但字数有限，那就让它们一直在我的美好回忆中吧♥️

Perfectly located in Old Town, Belgrade and very easy to get to and from the airport via public transit. Very modern and comfortable apartment, with everything we needed (plus some more - such as coffee, tea, etc.) Natasa was easy to communicate with and the apartment is easy to find and access, via an electronic keypad. Everything was spotlessly cleaned and functional, and the apartment has a very cute design. Very walkable to all of the attractions in Central Belgrade. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to have the opportunity to come back and visit again, as we were only here for one night - although we would have been comfortable with a much longer stay. Great place and highly recommend to others :)

Cozy studio in a convenient location walking distance to most of the attractions. Plenty bakeries, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Great place for short stay.

Great, clean and spacious apartment in Central Belgrade. It is in a perfect location being close to bars and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. It was a perfect stay.

Aleksandar est un hôte parfait, souriant, à l’écoute et disponible. Il nous a accueilli en personne pour nous montrer l’appartement et nous donner quelques conseils. L’appartement est très bien placé dans un quartier très agréable de Belgrade. La chambre donne sur cour, donc calme. Il y’a une place de parking dans cette même cour, à l’ombre d’un arbre, ce qui est très pratique voire quasi indispensable si vous venez ou louez une voiture. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour tout type de séjour - long ou court. Seul bémol est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, ce qui peut être embêtant pour une personne âgée. Merci !

Loved our stay here in Belgrade. The host was perfect, always approachable and super friendly, best and friendliest I’ve encountered on Airbnb. Location was amazing with everything close by including public transport. The Airbnb was exactly as expected, more than comfy for the 3 nights I was here, along with having air conditioning (which was needed with the heat!) and a good sized shower along with TV. Would definitely come back to this when back in Belgrade, as I know we’d have absolutely no issues with the host or place. Thank you again! :)

Zeljko is very kind and responsive. He gives me recommendations about shops and other stuff. The only problem was there was a little bit dirty washing machine when I arrived but it wasn't hard to solve

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

It was great staying at Ksenija and Damjan house! We were a big group of 7 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. The house is spacious, fairly modern and it did felt like home. It is located 10-15 minutes taxi ride from city centre. There are also some nice traditional Serbian restaurants in the walking distance that we really enjoyed!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

We liked everything about this place, starting from friendly host who responded quickly, to easy check-in, on-site parking, great location, extremely clean, and with everything you need (well stocked kitchen).

Konser için Belgrad'a gelmiştik. Yoğun talep nedeniyle birçok yerde fahiş fiyatlar vardı. Ivana'nın evi ise tüm olanakları çok makul bir fiyata sundu. Ev merkeze biraz uzak ama toplu taşıma imkanı çok fazla; gece, hatta sabaha karşı döndüğümüzde bile rahatlıkla eve ulaştık. Evde de her şey yerli yerindeydi, hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Our stay at Milan’s home in Surčin was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had on Airbnb. We arrived very late, and Milan kindly stayed up to welcome us with genuine warmth. The next morning, he invited us to enjoy tea in his beautiful garden, where we shared a heartfelt conversation as he passionately taught us about the rich history of Serbia. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wonderful family, who made us feel like we were part of their home. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of travel. But what truly makes this place special is Milan himself. He is, without a doubt, the best host we’ve ever met on Airbnb—thoughtful, kind, and deeply hospitable. If you’re traveling through Serbia and want more than just a place to stay, but a meaningful experience you’ll never forget, book this home. We left with full hearts and new friends. Ognjen and Tijana are the perfect hosts. They are truly the best hosts I've ever had on airbnb. They communicate well and provide the guest with whatever they need. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient and in a beautiful neighborhood in Belgrade with lots to do and see. I strongly recommend this apartment and can't wait to come back.

We had the most amazing stay at this apartment in Belgrade! Everything was spotless, easily one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but what truly made the stay exceptional was the host, Milos. He was helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Out of all the accommodations we’ve stayed in over the past few months, this one is definitely in our top two. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade. You won’t be disappointed! It was great! Very convenient location, extremely quiet bedroom. It was the cleanest apartment we've visited for years. Apartment had everything you need and even more, we've never seen an owner who cared so much about little details. Definitely recommend!
