Today, this place is reminiscent of the large company that was the reconstruction of Gien and its modern architecture typical of the post-war period: concrete construction, large openings, high fireplaces, skylights and balconies and brick facades. The building has been completely renovated in 2023 and is now available!

Whole house is very quiet, soft and comfortable, with intimate enclosed garden, located close to the castle of Saint-Brisson, shops in the village, and near the Loire river. It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.
