The three apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house on the Rhine built in 1617. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

In the fully equipped kitchen with oven, 4 hotplates and microwave, you can pursue your cooking pleasures. If you want to work, a small study is available. You can use the courtyard (accessible via separate access next to the house entrance) alone.
