The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is in a quiet residential area with village charm. Within walking distance of 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and can be reached ideally by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

The apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards overlooking the Michelberg and in the immediate vicinity of the saltworks in the beautiful climatic health resort of Bad Dürkheim. Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The large Schwarzfabrik is ideally suited as a starting point for family activities, hikes and bike tours through the vineyards as well as the Palatinate Forest, which offers many refreshment stops.

We are happy to open our bright, charming apartment, equipped with every modern comfort, for anyone who wants to explore the Palatinate. We offer a delicious breakfast with homemade products separately which has to be paid.

Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.
