The spacious living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and pull-out sofa bed invites you to linger. Adjacent is the bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a bathroom with WC. The rooms have blinds to darken the room and fly screens. In the garden there is a cozy dining and lounge area, as well as a children's playground with slide and swing and a covered area for bicycles. The vacation apartment is located directly at the Zechmeister winery in Gols. Wine tastings with the winemakers can be arranged on request. Some pre-cooled wines and home-made products are also available in the vacation apartment. You are welcome to use herbs and spices from the garden for your own creations in the kitchen. Parents and children will love the vehicles and children's toys. There is also a small farm library with a selection of children's books, novels and cookery books. In the immediate vicinity is the Aquasplash Gols, a volleyball court, soccer pitch and the biotope, which invites you to take a relaxing walk. Our accommodation is close to the Gols wine hiking trail, as well as a perfect starting point for numerous cycling tours in the Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel region. There is a parking lot for our guests in front of the house. Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.
