We can only recommend this property. Its location a few meters from the lake, it offers unique views and the characteristic tranquility of Villa Meliquina. The house has everything you might need in a stay: dishes and cooking utensils, appliances in perfect condition, new mattresses with very good quality bedding and towels, heating system that works wonderfully. There are a lot of design details that add to the quality of the place. Maria Emilia was both on arrival and departure, always available for any questions and shared data and walks to make the most of the destination.

This was my second time staying at Jonathan’s cabin, and I would absolutely stay again! The location is unbeatable - right on the lake and so close to the mountains. Jonathan is the most welcoming host, and will happily give you all the best local recommendations (hikes, restaurants, day trips, etc).

The house has the best lake coast in all of Meliquina. We were very comfortable (it was my wife and I, our 4 boys and a niece), it is functional for the program and ideal for going with family and having friends. I recommend it

My family and I had a great time at Matia's place, I highly recommend it. I definitively stay there the next time.

It has been an unforgettable stay for its views and lake. They have also been flexible with the arrival as we could not cross the border and lost two nights but they were willing to replenish one. very good everything. This is a very nice place to stay. The lake views are simply incredible, the pictures don't do it justice. The place itself is nice and has everything that you need. I was there in the low season and would imagine the place is much busier in the summer months. i had a car while i was here which i would definetly advise. i would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay at if you are looking for a large, comfortable house in Bariloche. There were 6 of us that stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it, the highlight being the heated indoor pool for when its cold and being located on the lake with beautiful views. Would highly recommend!

Absolute paradise. One of the most beautiful locations we have stayed. Completely private with a beautiful view on the lake. The house has everything you need for a delightful stay in nature with fire places, a well equiped kitchen and nice chill areas in- and outside. Claudio is a super host with good tips and willing to help to make the stay as perfect as can be! I can’t recommend it enough!!!

A great little house tucked away on the hillside overlooking the lake. The views were incredible and we LOVED the cat Mamut who always had something to say and wanted all the pets 😸

We returned to San Martín and stayed in the same place, it is beautiful to be in front of the lake, by the night tranquility and silence to rest and great to go for a walk in the center . Although it was very hot those days, being in front of the lake helped us with the wind that cooled us.

Excellent place, the views and privacy are a dream, the deck and the beach with a pier are impressive, beautiful garden and forestation. Its owners are charming, Clara and Carlos were very attentive to all our needs, as was Juan Carlos. Definitely a place to return to, we took away a beautiful memory of our stay in this place.

The first day I arrived I had a problem with the light in the apartment, it was Sunday at 5/6 in the afternoon. Gabriel, the manager, responded immediately and together with Juan Pablo they got me another apartment right away. Impeccable, the good disposition and kindness of both. Keep it up :)

Our stay at David's cabin in Bariloche was simply amazing. The place is one of the nicest in the South, surrounded by nature and with breathtaking views. The cabin is beautiful, built with great taste and detail, and conveys a warmth that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, games, books and music available to have a great time. It is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need to rest and fully enjoy the environment. You can see the love with which it is cared for. Definitely a place we want to go back to. Our stay was wonderful! The house is much more beautiful in person! It has an amazing view, right in front of the and the mountains! Inside the house is very cozy, it has a heater, hot water, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, spacious bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, we simply fell in love with the house! The owners were very cordial, friendly, attentive and responded quickly! Super recommended! We plan to return and stay at this place again!
