Eine schöne eingerichtete Einbauküche mit modernen Geräten, Kühlschrank inkl Gefrierfach & Nespressomaschine. Komfortables King Size Boxspring Bett (auf 2x2m) und natürlich schnelles Internet (WiFi) ist vorhanden.

There is a very good infrastructure with all the shops for everyday needs as well as the Saar Park Center. There is a good transport connection to the A6 and A8. Our over 175-year-old former The farmhouse is located in the central location of Queidersbach, right opposite the park-like village square. You will be staying in a one-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Everyday necessities (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) can be found within a few minutes' walk around our house. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place diagonally opposite in the old dairy house every Saturday.

Very nice, large, 3-room apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen with living and dining room. In both rooms there is a double bed. On request, an additional single bed can be provided in one of the two rooms. The nearest bus stop (towards the university and city center) is a 7-minute walk. There is no elevator to the apartment. A very large courtyard offers comfortable seating.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
