Welcome to the forest home! Our house is located at almost 1000 meters above sea level on the edge of the forest in the climatic health resort of Semmering. We have 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen on a total of about 320 m². NEW: Free shuttle throughout the stay for all major destinations in the surrounding area. Therefore, arrival and stay also possible purely by public transport! The nearest ski resort (with ample parking) is 5 km away. For kids we have a well-equipped playroom.

It's located in a peaceful village and allows a break in nature with activities such as hiking through the Rax, Semmering and Schneeberg area, climbing on Flatzer- or Hohe Wand, or cycling/mountain bike tours. Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
