The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

For 20 €/day more, the apartment is also available as a "Senior Suite" for 2 people, which has separate bedrooms and want to enjoy the full luxury of the apartment. Guests are welcome to decide individually on site.

Relax on the houseboat. Enjoy the sunshine on the upper deck, watching swans and ships through the panoramic window at breakfast.
