I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the quiet village Crezancy-en-Sancerre.There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. 30-m² STUDIO in an old farmhouse located atop a vineyard hill, surrounded by greenery, combining old-world charm, comfort, and modern design. A large, bright living room with earth and lime walls, exposed beams, and a fireplace (non-functional), equipped with a very well-equipped kitchen, a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a brand-new mattress and topper, a seating area, and a private bathroom and toilet, all created specifically for the studio.
