Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The apartment is located in the district of Oos. It is freshly renovated, modern, fully equipped and has an underground parking space. The train station is about 7 minutes walk away. The nearest bus stop to the city is within 3 minutes walk and takes you to the heart of the action in 15 minutes by bus. You can also reach the apartment from the A5 highway exit Baden-Baden within 7 minutes by car. Via Federal road B3 and Highway A5 you are in a few minutes in Rastatt, Karlsruhe and other Cities.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.
