Прекрасное место для отдыха! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию — всё очень чисто, аккуратно и продумано до мелочей. До моря буквально 2 минуты пешком, что стало огромным плюсом. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина, мультиварка, полностью оборудованная кухня со всей посудой и приборами. Особое удовольствие — бассейн, идеально чистый и ухоженный, с комфортной зоной для отдыха. Район тоже очень понравился — тихо, зелено, много красивых мест для прогулок. Отличный вариант как для короткой поездки, так и для длительного отдыха. Очень довольны, спасибо хозяевам! Обязательно вернёмся 😊

Tsvetelin was a great host who was always available on the odd occasion we had a question. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had amazing views overlooking the lake, was very comfortable and extremely spacious. It had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and we would use again next time we're back in Pomorie.

I wanted to write a rewie the minute we came because the apartment has everything for a big family like us. The apartment is so big that our kids have played hide and seek for 2 hours :)) which gave us time to unpack :) kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking. The view was amazing. Close to the beach which is supercozy. Part of the beach with sunbeds (40levas for 2) and the other part without which we preferred. Close to the small supermarkets and 10min walk to the bigger one on the mainstreet. And the pool. Aaaaaw, the pool. amazing, clean. Just not for small kids that dont swimm. Krasimir was so nice, we got welcome bottle of tasty wine, kids got chocolate. check-in and check-out easy. thank you for the lovely stay and see you next time!

The appartement is close to the beach, an using the pool of the Barcélo is included in the price, so we went swimming every day wherever we wanted. Fantastic.

We are a couple 70+. We stayed in Andrey's apartment during the first two weeks of September. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, all the necessary amenities were in place, worked well and the manual that Andrey put together was very helpful. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nobody used the pool. We used it once. The water was clean. A slow walk to the beach took exactly 5 min. The close by food store was 3 min away as well as a large public parking. We cooked at home and have no opinion on restaurants. Andrey is a friendly and responsive host, promptly answered all our questions and gave useful suggestions. Overall everything was very good.

Nagyon kedves, rugalmas szállásadó. Gyorsan válaszolt minden kérdésünkre, nagyon segítőkész volt. Az apartman megfelelt a leírásnak, és pluszban kaptunk etetőszéket és babaágyat. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt,az ágynemű pedig puha. Könnyen megközelíthető a strand, szuper éttermek vannak. Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztosan jövünk még.

Had a nice relaxing time. Perfect for families. Beach is walkable distance and the are many pools and chairs in the appartment complex. Complex feels very safe and secure. There is a market on site for last minute items as well as a full restaurant. Air conditioning works great and host is very responsive.

We had a great experience in Maria's apartment (family: parents + 2 kids). The location is excellent. The Garden of Eden resort has several pools, a private beach, and charming green surroundings; you can use them all. Free parking. Unfortunately, all three levels of underground parking are fully occupied in the evening. The apartment itself has everything you need to stay for any period. The connection with Maria is perfect, and she is always available. We will definitely come back when we have the opportunity. P.S. I Highly recommend having breakfast on the balcony; the view is priceless.

Очень гостеприимные хозяева! Встретили нас по своей инициативе на автостанции, за что отдельное спасибо))) апартаменты отличные, вай фай на очень высокой скорости. Порекомендовали несколько интересных заведений, подсказали где находится парк аттракционов для детей, где лучшие пляжи. Впечатления о поездке остались самые лучшие.

Страхотна лятна къща с всичко, от което човек има нужда - много просторна, с прекрасен двор. Изключително лесна комуникация и инструкции за точната локация! Силно препоръчвам! Благодарим! :)

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

Bardo polecam ten apartament. Spacerkiem do plaży z dziećmi ok 10minut, spokojna okolica, blisko sklepy i restauracje. Henri zawsze pomocny i ekspresowo odpowiada na wiadomości ☺️

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. We want to thank Tatiana for possibility to stay at her place. We spent a fantastic week in an apartment with almost private swimming pool which is almost at your terrace. Communication was perfect, even there was a small misunderstanding with cleaning, but it proved how honest person she is. We arrived very, very early – received a key before cleaning and we received a return as we cleaned by ourselves. It was the first time we finally paid less… In other places we sometimes had to pay more, payments which were not informed to us before arrival. The place itself is very quiet, however there is a restaurant with live music etc.. It is located 1.5 km from the village with shops, etc. The distance to the sea is 8 km. Konrad

Lovely apartment, great facilities in the apartment complex including swimming pools, bar (cheap drink), restaurant (cheap food) and spa, walking distance from the strip in Sunny Beach as well as the beach itself. Very cheap, lovely host that is quick to respond to queries.

Clean and comfortable apartment exactly as described by Stefan. The host was friendly and approachable and resolved our minor issue very promptly. The South Beach is worthwhile visiting and is within walking distance from the apartment. There is suffient street parking in the cul de sac. The bus stop behind the flat will take you directly to Old Nessebar very cheaply. Delightful place to stay!

Wonderful. The apartment is completely new in a new building, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from local shop and 15-20 minutes from the center, where there are all the cafes and restaurants and the shopping mall. The apartment has everything you need: new dishes, coffee machine, and the possibility to cook at home. There is an iron and ironing board, a drying board, a hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning. It’s in a quiet place away from noise. There is also a bus stop nearby that makes it easy and quick to get to the center of Burgas. It was quiet at home in the evenings. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They took my requests into account, picked me up from the airport, and took me back to the airport. When I arrived, everything was organized. I am very grateful to Yulia, especially for helping me find everything, where to buy, and where to eat deliciously. I highly recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence’s apartment. It’s as pictured, well equipped with a comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. It doesn’t face the pool which make it quieter with greater privacy on the terrace. The complex itself is a little tired but absolutely fine. The pool, gym and spa were great and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We didn’t go to any of the restaurants but the pool bar and grill were good.
