Vacation rentals with beach access in Nessebar

It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

A very clean and comfortable apartment in a good location.Off the main road so very peaceful.Close to the main town and bus station.Tatyana was very friendly and check in was straightforward.Would stay again and would recommend.

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

Vi nød vores to nætter ophold i Stefkas rene og rummelige lejlighed. Skøn stor altan med dejlig udsigt over Nesseburg og vandet, et ekstra pluds var den tilhørende private parkeringsplads. Bestemt anbefalelsesværdigt.

This is a great apartment with the most lovely view over the sea. Oleg was a wonderful host, and gave clear instructions for check in. He was in contact throughout my stay, and helped me with check out. The shops and Lidl are 15-20 minutes walk away, with the bus and taxi stations also right outside the door. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this place, and I will miss the sound of the sea every day! Thank you Oleg! :)

The apartment is in amazing location and had all the necessary things and even more. Very clean and comfortable home. The host was very helpful and had very detailed maps and instructions. If I ever visit Burgas again then this apartment would be my first choice.

Mieszkanie jest zadbane i czyste. Świetna lokalizacja blisko morza i gór. Diana szybko pomogła rozwiązać problem z internetem. Polecam.

Die Unterkunft kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr modern eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch wurde eine Babybett gebracht. Viktor war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er hat immer sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und ein kleiner Strand. Rundum mit allem zufrieden. Gerne wieder !

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. A great place with easy access to the Sea Garden and city center, as well as lots of shops nearby. Felt right at home.

Ein richtig toller Ort zum Entspannen! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt - die Wohnung ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex gelegen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool, in dem man morgens ganz alleine schwimmen konnte. Viele Strände sind in der Nähe. Ivan & Mirella haben auch immer superschnell reagiert & waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Sehr grosses Appartamnet, grosse am Pool gelegene Terasse. Der Gastgeber reagiert schnell. Auch Putzservice mit Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche war überraschend und angenehm. Die Lage ist top: schöne Pools mit kostenfreien Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, gepflegte und überwachte Anlage, das Meer in 1 min zufuss, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Einkaufen, Ausflüge wie Aquapark oder Altstadt Nessebar in der Nähe, Essen gehen in der Nähe. Backofen und Herd funktionioren einwandfrei. Das Geschirr wurde auf Nachfrage sofort ergänzt, wir haben schliesslich alles kochen können. Von 3 Betten sind 2 Top, eins hat sehr verlegene Matratze. Das Babybett ist gut. Schon gut versessene Polstermöbel, war aber trotzdem okay. Wlan in den Räumen ist gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
