Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed and a sprinkler bed. Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. In the summer you can visit some of Gjerstad's nice swimming areas such as Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. There is also a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing and at Gautefall you can ski downhill. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog

Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. This cabin is built in 2023 and has 5 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have 180cm beds and 2 bedrooms in the loft have 150cm beds. The cabin is in a quiet and quiet area with a lot of lovely scenery. The cabin is evenly well equipped with, among other things, smart house, heat pump and jacuzzi for 6 people. The cabin is located about 2.5 hours from Oslo, about 1h and 45min from Kristiansand Zoo, 30 minutes from Kragerø and 45 minutes from Porsgrunn. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place with glorious scenery.

Dalane, Drangedal - brewery house

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Nice house 5 meter from the lake (Toke). Two bedroom, kitchen and living room. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the nature. The house is old but newly renovated. The house sleeps 4 people. The second cabin has 4 beds and a couch that sleeps 2. Enjoy a kayak trip on the lake or spend hours in the hammock. There is a small beach 50 meters from the house where the kids can play. Or let the kids play on the trampoline. (On your own risk 🙏🏻)

Charming brewery house from late 19th century in beautiful farm surroundings. Here you have a short distance to good swimming spots, fishing spots, hiking areas, cafe and convenience store. Bring your breakfast out in the morning sun or enjoy the BBQ in the outdoor living room with evening sun! The firehouse has a double bed and bunk bed. There is an option to add an extra crib if desired. 10-15 minutes walk from Neslandsvatn station. 2 minutes drive.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. We had a great weekend at Anita’s and Eskil’s place! The ocean view from the house is absolutely amazing 😍 I highly recommend this paradise!

We had a great time and a great night in the accommodation. Fredrik personally welcomed us after we communicated by message beforehand and we had a good conversation. Fredrik showed us the place and answered our questions. The grounds are located in the middle of the forest and right on the lake. We were able to use the boat, it worked great and we had a lot of fun. The weather was great, the lake very quiet and the surroundings also quiet and relaxed. The place was as described in the advertisement. The kitchen utensils are completely sufficient to prepare meals. It's great that there are two barbecue options. There are two different seating areas, which we also liked very much. We would book this place again anytime and anyone nearby should take the opportunity to have this great experience. We wish Fredrik and his family all the best and look forward to the next visit.
